Please don't install any leaked software because they are full of bugs. I recommend to wait until official launch.
There is S9 Samsung Gallery apk port for our S8 (oreo) unroot with stock rom.
Can anyone tell, how to install bixby on s7 oreo with out rooting...
It is impossible.
