Any way to run WebSockets/HTML5 on Chrome Beta/Andorid

Silly question/request, but is there any possible way to get this to load on chrome beta or an Android device in general:
https://www.runescape.com/game?html5=1
I can get it to come up to here, and it's telling me that Port 443 seems to be blocked.

[Q] Does anyone get this screen when trying to sign into secured wireless networks?

I get this screen whenever I connect to wifi at my office. It pops up on top of all other applications and will do it multiple times until I sign in (even does it AS I sign in)
Anyone else seen this? It seems to serve no purpose other than to be annoying.

Hi,
I've made a new password manager for Android which uses a 6 word phrase remembered by the user, combined with a unique salt for each password, to generate the password, by creating a hash.
This means that a password is never stored on the device.
You can find the source code here:
https://github.com/jkressel/HashPass
You can get the app here:

Question Can't access app account settings

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone here has the same problem but everytime I try to access any app account settings from the "Users and accounts" tab on settings I'm always presented with a blank screen.
The only account settings I can see something is on Google accounts.
