As i've seen moto x is getting kit kat, does the verizon droid maxx already has kit kat update or is coming?

Part fact part theory.
Vzws Droid maxx "known issues" log shows SU2 (next update) as December and the last updates followed the motto x two weeks to the day.

Things are running so well I'm almost afraid of getting the update for the first time ever. Virtually no lag and about 9 hours of screen on time.

Holy cow! 9 hours?? I'm getting about 5 and a half hours max, and that's with brightness at about 40%. But it's still plenty for me. But I agree, phone is super fast. My first phone ever with virtually zero lag, and I'm not convinced it's worth the trouble to go through the trouble of unrooting, getting back to stock and updating. I didn't even get the camera update.

I did a battery test one day after a surgery while I had plenty of time off. Between 9 and 10 hours to kill the battery with screen on constantly. No WiFi, mediocre 4g signal, playing games, streaming movies, web browsing.

Yeah, here we go...get ready for about 10 dates that people are just absolutely certain about. This process always takes 6-8 weeks and it sucks. Of course that's old Moto / VZW...let's see if they really changed.

so I signed up for the zerolemon review program and finally got confirmation I was accepted I chose to go with there 8300 mah battery ever since I had the note 2 I had there massive 9300mah battery so size didn't matter to me so I'll give this post a update when the battery comes in

yes i got it and its more like a travel battery more than anything its not like what i had on my note 2 but i can recharge my phone if i dont have my car charger

That's a helpful list but are those the only ones that will work with the gear VR? The ones they suggest are like $60 compared to some that are $15

You'll be lucky to get the Sammy one on the list as I don't think they make it any more... They are probably working on a new one if the whole VR thing takes off. I'd guess the freebie games won't need controllers to play (controls are on site of headset) BUT having a controller is definitely worth it if you wanna go and buy some of the other games available. I've got a cheapskate mate who went with some cheap option and couldn't get it to work so be careful if you pick something not on that list

honor 8 vs 8 lite?

Which one to go for? please help.
This phone is for a moderate user (no high-end gaming, no high camera usage). Which phone has better batter?

If you are from India better to go for Honor 8 because it was 3k more than Honor 8 lite

I don't think so. I think One Plus 3T is the best choice at the range in Saudi Arabia compared to Honor 8. (Don't know about other countries) ?

In the country of my residence you can buy Honor 8 32GB with 2 years of warranty(works in any country of the middle east and Africa), and without accidental damage(screen broken/battery damage/earphone/charger damaged) for SAR1400.
But you can buy OnePlus 3T for SAR1350 with even the accidental damage warranty. But the warranty will only work in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain
So one plus is cheaper and also better (except the design and camera) than Honor 8 here :fingers-crossed:
