Guys, is there any way to keep the ambient display on notification showing as long as i interact or dismiss the noti?
I now Glance can do it ... but i want to use just the build in one! ?

Hi All,
So, yesterday i have flashed the CM12 rom on my opo. All great, I specially like the lockscreen notifications.
Now I also have the ambient display option which makes the screen light up when a notification arrives, but it is a really low brightness when that happens. The screen comes on but I can only read the notification when im in total darkness. Is there something to do about that?
Thanks, Daniel
Hi guys,
So really miss the led notification on pixel 3 (old subject). However, with notification for wake on, the screen lights up when a message comes in. I am a bit perplexed though, for snapchat, for example, when a notification comes in the screen lights up equivalent to the brightness of the screen that is set. So if my main screen is set to 60%, snapchat will display the notification to 60%. Great. Issue is with whatsapp, sms texts, etc. The notifications are not bright at all or according to the screen brightness. Anyone know if (a) brightness of notifications can be controlled to screen brightness like snapchat (b) if not why the notification is different to snapchat ?
Many thanks
I like the way the side lights up for notifications that happens when ambient display is turned on however I dont like the text display that occurs on the screen, just looks a little ugly. Is there a way to only have the side light up for notifications?
Hi everyone,
I've recently bought a Oneplus 7 Pro and to my shame I did not read beforehand that it does not have a notification LED.
I've also seen that the pulsating lines on the sides of the screen only appear when Ambient Display is on.
Sadly I am not a fan of Ambient Display and also do not want my phone lighting up each time I get a notification, I prefer it to remain more subtle
Does anyone know if there is any App that would trigger those lines for notifications but without requiring Ambient Display? (maybe running without it as an accessibility service and thus having permissions also on the lockscreen?)
Thank you!
I would like to get the "Pixel flow" making the clock stay and appearing all other elements like Google phones do when waking from aod.
