I need a sound recording with an option of customize folders/categories so when i record i can choose to which folder/category the recording belongs to.
I searched over the internet but didn't found one (except for an old one which doesn't work well)

I am a musician and I came from an EVO. As part of my practice regimen I have used certain programs to record myself to help refine my performances. For some reason many or all of the recording apps that are available on the market place don't work. I am not sure if it is has something to do with the samsung audio drivers; but frequently, audio is distorted or drops out in the middle, levels can't be set or apps record nothing at all. My EVO didn't have this problem...what gives?
Does anyone have any insight into this problem?

Hello guys I am looking for a good 2 way call recording app. It should be able to automatically record incoming & outgoing calls. It must be able to record the voice of both the parties clearly and the recorded voice should be audible. I am going to use it for personal use only.
I have tried Andro Call recorder but in it the recorded voice of the person at the other end is as good as inaudible and not clear. Earlier I used Ultimate Voice Recorder with my Nokia in which voice quality of both sides was acceptable. But Ultimate Voice Recorder for android doesn't work as seen from the comments section for the app in the android market.
I have also read that the call recording ability got killed in GB due to some US laws. But that should be only for illegal call recording in which the user is not aware thar the calls are being recorded. If the user himself wants to record the calls then he should be able to do it, heck even a lowly Nokia C3-00 has native call recording ability without the need to install any app. So that would be pretty foolish of Google & Samsung to not support it !
So is anyone using a call recording app which works correctly ? Any suggestions ? Any info would be welcomed . . .

Common guys at least try some of them and tell if any of them work .

Hi all,
currently running rooted Stock ROM 4.4.4. and while the video quality os OK I´m very dissatisfied with the sound quality when recording videos. Tried using the (new) google Camera app from playtore which is my standard app and also tried using the free OpenCamera app.
The sound is extremely muffled and it seems like noise reduction or internal audio processing is the culpit.
Is there any chance to get rid of the noise cancelling when recording videos?
I know it must be possible because for example the Hi-Q MP3 audio recording app I use allows me to choose the audio input (raw audio, main mic) and I get much better sound quality using the raw audio unprocessed sound input vs. main mic which seems to be amplified.
Any hints on this guys?

There's also quite a lengthy thread called something like "Microphone issues" that also covers this issue.
It is one of the best call recording apps i ever see. It is very easy to use and records all calls. Now i can record the calls that are very important and weekly call meeting and records. This app is that the one among the most effective app within the world. I install this app and use terribly friendly.t has a vast number of features like you ca record in many formats and recording quality is also great. Recommended for all. On Q, you must have root in order to record calls. I wrote a simple guide in this tg post some while ago
