Hello, I want a solution for recovering my Alcatel One Touch Pop Icon Model: 7040T. The problem is, I cannot enter into the recovery mode. While entering the recovery mode, my phone freezes in the logo screen. But,when I power on my phone normally, It shows a message that "Security Error: This phone has been flashed with authorized software and is locked. Call your mobile operator for addition support. Please note that repair/return for this issue may have additional cost. ". I want to flash the Stock Rom. I want to use this phone.Can anyone please give me the step-by-step instructions for this solution? Thanks in Advance.

I Have "Karbonn Titanium S5+"
Android 4.2.2
My friend tried to update some custom recovery on it by Total Commander and after that it is not starting, it flashes the logo "Karbonn" and swithes of and vice versa. I take this to Software Expert he tried some tools on it like "Volcano", "Miracle Box" etc. but it did not start even now it shows no Karbonn logo, now it shows only black screen and when I try to connect it with PC only a connectivity sound plays and nothing happens to the device.
PLease give any solution if anyone have this problem sorted out.

Brother I have checked this but this solution is not working on Karbonn S5 Plus it is for Karbonn S5
and as I have wrote above there is neither fastboot mode nor any recover options are available when I start it while pressing Volume up or Volume down keys
There is only Black screen
only a sound notification comes when i attached this to my computer
If the clues above mentioned are the adequate for any solution then I will strongly thankful for that.

Try to obtain the boot.img, system.img and the kernel for your phone. The company would have released the source for your phone. And try to enter fastboot mode to flash those img files. If that doesn't work, then I'm sorry but unless there's some miracle of sorts, its not going to work.
Manpreet,Give back your phone to the place where you bought it and just use your acting skills.it happened to me and i gave my mobile back to the shop and the shop gave it to warranty location.After 1-2 months you will get your phone back and if it doesnt get repaired you may get a new one...

Take your phone to authorized karbonn service center
they just flsh your phone without any charge
I need HELP with my Lenovo A816.
My phone is stuck, it turns ON and turns off. It comes as far as Lenovo logo and that's it. When it turns on, just vibrates, comes to logo and shutsdown again, and keeps doing that all the time.
I can't access anymore recovery menu, only Lenovo recovery but it does not help at all.
I accidentaly erased Lenovo launcher.
It doesn't get recognized via USB-PC. I tried flashing tools Qualcomm emmc download tool, qpst etc...
Can someone guide me how to repair the phone (flash custom ROM).
I have my wifes A816 which is working ok (except it also needs flashing ROM because of the chinese junk apps nad gapps not working, but don't want to ruin this phone also). Maybe having another would help rescuing my A816.

i unlocked bootloader in my htc 826 device,and installed the twrp,but i dont know about the version of twrp.and the twrp window screens touch is not responding,so i could not proceed to root my device.so i flashed my device and i recovered it to stock...but still when i switch off my mobile and connect to the charger,it directly goes to the twrp screen and the screen does not respond again.is there any way to remove the twrp(my dvice is not rooted),or any way to resolve the problem.........Any help guys????

It was originally a 4.4.4 kitkat by default and due to my curiosity to change my rom, I downloaded a customed rom lolipop 5.1.1 that i think might be compatible for my device but after installing the rom, I am now stock in boot loop. I have tried all the solution i knew from key combination power button plus up and power button plus down but unfortunately i cant access the recovery mode. The logo is blinking every 20 seconds. I also tried to connect it to my computer to install another rom but unfortunately my computer cannot recognize my phone. I already install the drivers necessary but i think the loop is the reason why my phone cant be detected. I have already search everything and every article point me to this site. According to my analysis, My phone is bricked!
The following are its conditions:
-Boot Loop every 20 seconds
-Cant access recovery mode by combination keys
-My PC cant recognize it when connected via its usb cable

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately I can not find any information on your device only other Alcatel one touch models so I am pretty sure you have installed an incompatible rom. The only thing I can suggest is ask your question here

Hi everybody,
As mentioned in the title, my world space phone 5GS is stuck on boot.
The recover mode (with vol- key/power) leads to the robot with red exclamation point (no text under it):
Erase eMMC option (on the menu accessed with vol+ key/Power) leads to the stuck boot screen.
Couldn't find its original rom anywhere on the web.
the manufacturer (an mlm company) doesn't provide the remote support: it asks to send back the phone to its factory in China (RMA procedure).
I have another identical phone 5gs which works perfectly and has the same soft version. Maybe it can help to extract the ROM and then flash it back on my bricked spacephone?

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately there is no information for your device on xda, the only way I know to make a system dump from your other phone would require root. If you have root it may be possible to use the other phones firmware but only maybe
