Hey everyone....
Does anyone know if we can get the calendar app. on the Fuze to show upcoming appointments like a week in advance? Mine will not show the appointments in the calendar tab until the day it happens. I HAVE SEARCHED The FORUMS ALREADY and could no find the answer, so please if you know it I would appreciate it....or If you can please point me to the right thread I would appreciate it as well as I cant find the answer on my own.

many of us have tried to make Touchflo show more appts, however, its not possible at this time. your best option, if you need this, is to disable touchflo, and download some other homescreen app (ie, spb diary, etc)
And while on the subject of the Fuze calendar, I noticed today that appointments without a start/end time (all day appointments) do NOT show up in the monthly view as little icons on the display.
This is REALLY annoying, as I use glancing at the monthly display to determine if I'm available on a given day for work (I'm a freelancer).
Is there a solution, aside from editing all my all day appointments to give them a start and end time?
Is there another, better calendar program that someone can recommend?

I've been using Pocket Informant for a few years and I can't operate without it...

Can you confirm that an all-day appointment with no set start or end time made on Outlook on the dsktop shows on the Fuze display with pocketinformant?
After further investigation (I'm new to Outlook, having used Palm Desktop for a decade or so), it seems that in Outlook if you enter an all day event, you must also mark the event/day as "BUSY" instead of the default "FREE", and then a "something is happening this day" icon shows up in the Fuze calendar monthly view.

this is something that is still really bothering me, and i know that there are alternatives, but i personally love tf3d, so i was thinking, is it possible to have a calendar tab that shows your next 5-6 appointments? i know that there is a calendar tab floating around, but it just shows you a month calendar. if there was a way to set that tab to show your upcoming appts, that would solve my, and many others as well, problem. thanks

I second that. It would be nice to have a customizable today (TAB) that we could put the today screen or if not possible just appointments.. Hopefully some handy XDA'er is working on it....

wow MoonNah very very nice widget. Was looking for this a long time. but I do have a problem. this widget automatically shows my first contacts in the phonebook, but not those who actually have their birthday, furthermore when i push the sms button, nothing happens and one last thing. it is not possible to move it past half of the screenheight in edit mode
maybe you know, what may cause this

You have contacts in the phone or SIM card, the widget reads only from the phone.

The right-wing will become active only if today is the birthday, otherwise they are inactive. Activity you will see when the contact and date of birth will be green as a 4 screenshot first post.
With moving down, we must analyze not pay attention.
Else you have described must be corrected by clicking on the widget and updating of data widget.
Updated the cab makes it possible for a bug with the inability to move the widget to the bottom of the layer. Look 1 post.

I have the same issue:
- tested with sms or phone call with 1,2 or 3 entries
- only a zero in the birthday cake
- my contacts are on the phone (manila birthday 2.8.1 can read it)

same for me! i have also made touch of glass skin but wants screenshots when working...contacts on phone,birthday set and only the 0 appear,info please?

the moving down works now^^ but the other problem still remains. I let the widget show 3 contacts in sms mode. The widget is simply displaying the first 3 contacts in my contacts list. Furthermore the numeber displayed in the cake of those three people is alway 410. and their birthday is all the sam which is the first of january 1601^^ and I know that this is not the case^^
I wasnt sure what you meant with updating the data widget. I clicked on the widget, but nothing happenend. I even tried it with 3G active but still nothing

All these three persons had no birthday inserted, dont know why But now I changed the birthday and the one contact really works. So by default it seems to be, that if there is no birthday inserted the birthdate is the 01.01.1601.
But still....a friend of mine has his birthday in 4 days, but he is not displayed. The birthdate is of course inserted. I dont know, but shouldnt the widget display the next birthdays?^^

Who does not work please send me a widget on [email protected] their contacts database (file pim.vol), to identify causes of errors, after testing ensures removal of these bases.

after reinstalling it works now^^ sry to be bothering you the whole time^^ but the default date for a contact without a birthday inserted is qutite annoying. The widget does show 2 contacts with their birthday before the first of january. But one contact of mines birthday is on the 4th of january. his birthday should be displayed, but it wont, because a contact without a birthday inserted by default has his birthday on the 01.01.1601. I mean this is just annyoing until the 2nd of january, but still. this default birthday is quite disturbing

Just looking at your database I can find out the cause of errors in my database is great, and judging by klichestvu downloads and problems encountered, it is still special cases, and they must be solved privately.

tryed it all,reinstalling,installing manila birthday(works great) but this is not working for me too!yes the contacts are on the phone..
where can i find the file you want?

It is at the root of the phone next to the folder Windows, using the File Manager (Resco Ehplorer, Total Comander) copy it like a memory card and then transfer to the PC and send it to my mail, I shall understand the reason for the error.

Put your base in the phone book only 4 days of birth and date of birth there is certainly wrong for 2 years of age usually do not have phones in people. But even in this form widget job correctly, you have to deal with the firmware.
