I bought AT&T samsung galaxy express 3 phone, its prepaid and no contract phone and I want to used it with other GSM sim. Please let me know if there is a way to unlock network (with PC) and use the phone with other GSM.
Please provide me the method with step by step process.

Are you sure your phone is locked? You might not need to unlock it after all.
Please check by doing these stepMod Edit
You could use it straight away with another sim cards.

If it has a Simlock you need a Sim from that provider to use with or else you can't call someone and they can't call you.
If you Unlocked it, you can simply use any Sim card from every country, But you need to sim unlock it.
I am a proud friend of an owner of A galaxy S4 (GT-I9506 Variant) From Orange carrier.
Here's the big problem :
Sadly, My friend bought the S4 SIM LOCKED to orange, and he needs the sim card to be accessed through that phone (THAT'S HIS ONLY PHONE) And we need to unlock the sim.
Phone is an S4, nearly 2 days used ONLY. is Rooted with Kingoroot (I know, not safe BUT ONLY WAY) plus it's a Snapdragon 800 (SWEET XD )
Anyone help me? Please?

Yeah. Looks like payment-based unlocking is ruled out for now. I need to unlock the phone WITHOUT paying anything.. Help?

bro if your phone is rooted than why dont you try galaxy sim unlock app. find on google play. a week ago i successfully unlock my s2plus 1905 with this method.

Where did you buy the code from (which site)? Sprint S5 phones can only be unlocked by Sprint and this only for international use and not for domestic carrier (hopefully you are not in the USA)

First of all if you paid by credit card you may be able to get your fee refunded (unless they informed you that this may not work). There are many people working on unlocking the Sprint S5 so don't loose hope it may occur soon. You can follow them on the relevant link:-

Hey mate!
Many people have this sort of issue when they purchase devices overseas.
You can try and find a reliable online unlocking service for your device (I have personally never done it online so I don't know any - Remember research on the site before paying them, there's lots of scam sites).
Most appropriate one would be a local store. A place that deals with smartphone's and ask then to service unlock your phone.

I'm trying to do the same thing as in being able to unlock the galaxy note 5 via sprint. what is the best route to do so?
Your all talking about unlocking these Note 5's. I am assuming carrier unlocking. If so, which verizon Wireless bands do they work on if any at all? And can any one confirm it for a fact? And yes, I have done serched. And have found zero hard evidence to my question.
