Nope... the Mi4c has the SD808 chipset which is not compatible with the 801 found in the Mi4.

Huawei use in their phones HiSilicon Kirin CPU.
Port is only possible when base rom device has same CPU as mi5s+ ( mi5s+ has snapdragon 821 )

Hi,
Not entirely true.
Some phones uses Kirin.
Others do you Snapdragons SoC.
But I think MIUI and EMUI are close : they both want to mimic iOS.
I don't see the point in porting eMUI when you already have MIUI
