Help with color os camera and Hd plugin! :(

Hello,
I tried color os camera and its Hd plugin but can't see much of a difference.I mean,hd plugin is assumed to take better processing and clarity pics and should've size of around 20mb or so(as told by ppl) but in my side it only takes around 5mb pics and i dunno why it's happening to me only.I tried on many roms but still the same.In settings it shows 50mp resolution.

what ROM? If on nougat, hd plugin, manual mode and beautify do not work.

i even tried on cm13 and sultan's rom but still the same.

Sorry sir but what's zsl and why we need to turn it off to get the HD plugin work?

zsl = zero shutter lag, turn it off from the settings of the camera, refer to the screenshot you have attached in your op.

Tried on marshmallow,turned off zsl,still the same,3-4mb pics.
I wonder why this is only happening to me.

why don't you try oppo (coloros) camera 2.67 with hd plugin and report back. Here, flash this zip: link
Edit: The version you are using is coloros camera by andriman which may or may not work properly with marshmallow so use one in the link I've provided you.

Yes you need to remove old camera, and flash this : working link
There's a zip file which removes andriman's camera (which you have) and replaces it with coloros cam 2.67
If I find the link I'll post here, in the meantime can you clean flash and use the link I've given above?
Edit: Don't flash any custom hal or anything

I haven't clean flashed yet.I'm still preparing for physics exam tomorrow(today as it's already pass 12am). I'll just use the zip that you gave after my physics exam.

Hey I tried the cam 2.67 and after using the uninstall-andriman.zip and then flashing cam 2.67,I can't see the camera icon anymore :/

strange, go into settings -> apps, and check if the 'Camera' (round orange icon) is installed. If yes, uninstall it manually and if not open zip file (which you downloaded from the link 23mb zip file) and manually install camera app along with the plugins.

What ROM are you using and attach some screenshots of the camera app.

Google Pixel 2 Launcher & pixel ambient services in oneplus one

any one installed or tried to install these apps in their one oneplus one?i tried to install pixel 2 launcher bit app didnot installed in my oneplus one on top of AOSP 8.0 rom(im using currently),also i did install pixel ambient services ,but the music feature from the lock screen like pixel 2 or 2 xl did not worked!any suggestions guys?

I've installed the pixel 2 launcher today but not as a system app.
Edit : now I've installed it as a system app.. and swiping from the left works

thanks for your suggestion dude ,those who are rooted go to apkmirror,search for the latest pixel launcher and install it as a system app and you are done , those who are non rooted can flash it via recovery from the link mentioned above,in my case im rooted and i installed it as a system app,if any body still not watching notfication dots after installing the launcher,go to launcher settings,select notification dots and then turn it off and again turn it on and reboot your device and then you are done

Developer is working on *spoilers* atm.Besides,you can install any third party launchers you want yourself.Only system level pixelization will be considered.

Wait, is "always listening" and other ambient display services (of pixel 2, obviously), working fine? I'm currently looking to get those things in my oneplus 6. I am not aware of any such customizations, please let me know if that is actually working.

Unlocking bootloader option never been an issue on my side....and I'm still on pie 52.0.A.3.84 (waiting for a drm fix to do so and I must say this is the first I used an Xperia un-rooted for that long ?)

Any changes bugfixing?

We are all facing the issue with enable OEM Unlock. If you enabled before upgrade to pie, it will keep the setting enabled. For clean flash, it is diabled by default and can't be enabled.

Sony did not show the changes log so I have no idea. But the OEM is fixed as expected.

Well that explains it then ? as I did toggle on then off it at some point while on O....

For those with a working camera on Pie, do not update to .126. The camera preview will break again.

Because in my home I use wifi all the time and this doesn't matter. (restrict apps data in background)
I left only WhatsApp, E-mail, OneFootball, KWGT, Instagram and Tesla Unread "freed".

Anyone happen to find a working surround shot version for our phone? I hate that Samsung removed this feature. I know the Google cam has it but getting that working is another problem in itself. Thanks.

Interesting I have completely remove the camera entirely using titanium backup and put it back on even. It simply snaps a picture as if it were the photo mode

Check if you have a new option Tripod long exposure under nightscape settings in camera settings that may help.

very bad picture compared to the old one

I have noticed i can not get nightscape working with the older 3.4.19 camera either now. very strange. hope they fix that soon i even did a factory wipe.

good idea but no dice i even factory wiped but the latest arnova8g2 final apk for the gcam port works amazing so until its fixed at least i can still use nightscape.

3.4.24 just dropped on apkmirror.com not sure whos doing these version numbers/can count....but this version works perfectly in nightscape again.

3.4.24 can be installed over stock app without a problem.
If you can't, that likely means the one you have right now doesn't have official OnePlus signature, your version has been tampered with in some way and is unsafe.

All i had to do was uninstalling camera app updates. Ty for help.
