[Q] [REQ][APP] App Tracker

First of all, the auto update function of froyo is great.
BUT i think i miss crucial new features in my apps :/
I'm looking for app that displays all updated apps + developers homepage and if possible the market link.

Have you tried aTrackDog? It does all that you asked for.

i tried it but i dont show the Update for "Aquarium Live Wallpaper".
Looking for app that its like this:
1. Auto-Update does its job
2. App kicks in an display that app XYZ was updated and display the devWWW + market links
if possible with full update-historie and widget (maybe 4x1 that display the last update)

NOTES: App should work for most roms, some devices running gingerbread might have issues. If app finds enough fans, gingerbread version will also be added.
Instructions:
1) Clean cache in your stock Clock app and remove the old widget.
2)rebooting not necessary but recommended.
3)Copy it to your sdcard and install it with your favorite installer
4) Enjoy!

Great looking app, can't wait to try it out.
Just installed it to my Desire HD (stock rom, 1.72 firmware) via adb and whenever I try to add the widget to my home screen, it tells me "no more room on this homescreen". This is with LauncherPRO.
On restart of my phone I also got a message saying that the process had crashed and had to force close. (app loads fine however, just not able to put the widget on)
Any suggestions?

I just tried it on my galaxy s it says no enough romm in this page in both launcher pro and touchwiz.
When i open the app it force close and keep doing the same.
I really want this watch but no luck.

There was no need to use adb! It's similar to stock but not same app. The widget will occupy the whole screen. Did you have another shortcuts on the screen when u tried?

Make sure there is no other shortcuts on the screen. Let me know if this helps.

You are welcome Yes it can (root & non-root), no need for adb.
but it's a paid version on market and free here for limited time.

Heh, only reason I used adb was because I downloaded the apk on my desktop, and my phone was plugged in but not mounted. I'm lazy like that XD
And yeah, I tried it on an empty home screen, so no other widgets on it.

I will try to lower the resolution to see if it resolves the issue in next update , stay lazy my friend

Hey Adam, I've been toying around with the launcher pro settings, just found, your widget uses a 5x5 layout currently which may be why many people are having issues not being able to add this to a home screen since the default is 4x4.
Any chance of a 4x4 version?

Wallpaper/Screen looks zoomed?

Hello all,
I would post this in the development thread but it won't let me with out 10+ post.
I'm running Tab2Lite RC1 P3113 on my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3113 & noticed none of the wallpapers I set look quiet right.. even before I rooted (I think?) & installed the current rom the screen/wallpaper looked stretched/zoomed.. all of the app icons & widgets look okay, it's just the wallpaper!? Is there a setting I missed, is this normal or is there a fix?

have same issue, in TW the wallpaper is fine, but if i install nova, trebuchet in CMod or apex - wallpaper is zooming when i turn it in lanscape mode and back in portrait again, i use picspeed and other settings that make the wallpaper stay still on the place (static) but have the same problem! Its make me crazy!!! please help. I factory resetted devise - same. Stock rom, device is rooted.

This is mLauncher It's built for the nexus player and may work on other androidTV products. It lists all your apps including your sideloaded ones. Only has a couple features but here they are:
Display all your apps, set wallpaper, reboot, power off.

changed the ui a little
DECREASED APP SIZE BY SEVERAL MBS!!!!!!
fixed the built in wallpaper switcher so that it displays all pictures in /sdcard/Pictures
Things to note:
Reboot and power off require root (Why haven't you done it yet?).
For the wallpapers function to work you have to sideload a wallpapers app on your NP.
To open quick settings press play on the remote Y on the game pad.

Isn't it unnecessary to have a power off function on the Nexus Player? If it's an actual shut down rather than a sleep mode, then it would require the user to unplug power from their device and plug it back in before it could be used again.

I've got mine hooked up to a light switch so when I'm about to go to sleep and too lazy to get up it works great. Next day just flip the switch. I was experimenting with deep sleep but the way the stock Rom is set up to get it to work you have to remove daydream from the system and it takes a minute. I think on cm12 it would work. I could add the feature pretty easily. I was gonna add a shortcut to overscan and fix a small issue this week. Just let me know I'll put it in there.

No I mean wallpapers period unless I'm missing something there aren't any native apps that run regular wallpapers. Haven't tried live wallpapers yet.

will this work if I have lollipop 5.02 still on my ADT-1 ?

the screen was cut off, i was able to run the apk though. It doesn't fit well on the screen

Gotta change the dimensions for it I'll see what I can do

Here's a beta release that fixes an issue I've been having with the app list not updating when you uninstall or install an app. It's a pretty dirty hack but seems to work okay. Remember this is beta and I'll be looking at different ways to implement it. So if your uninstalling and installing apps a lot give it a shot but if not pass on this.

Here's a beta release with new sleep function. It requires root access click it and screen goes into deep sleep. There's another way to do this without root but it requires you to change backdrop to none and it takes 10 seconds. Not very functional in my book. Everything else is working great. Thanks

On the stock rom google removed what is necessary to have live wallpapers but if you use a custom rom this will support it.

Will I be able to set mLauncher as the default launcher? (Sorry, new NP owner here)

If you have marshmallow you'll have to use adb to hide the default launcher

I have found so far flux NFC overlay completely disabled the quicksetting icon.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced bootloop using this.
It's happened twice with me (S10+) and I have to boot to safe mode, install default theme, clear data in Substratum Light & Synergy, then reboot.

Yes couldn't get OTA updates after flashing with dload and hstools wouldn't work, because it took Optus 5 months to release an initial update I convinced them to release my contract and renew on a different handset.

Now all I need to make my phone perfect is immersive mode for all apps

So awesome! I FINALLY have blacked out apps again! It was the one thing I really disliked about going back to an unrootable phone, not having black Gmail, play store, etc. and this solved it for me!

I wonder if this app affects battery life at all.

No doesn't affect battery life, I can still get a solid 9 to 10 hrs screen on time with 18 hrs standby.
Just restricted background data and put synergy substratum lite and all themes to sleep.
Working fine.

Anyone else having issues with synergy?
I go tho the play store hit open and get right back to the same screen.

In case you can't read. If I go to the play store and I'm able to hit open its because I purchased it already. If I need a smart ass answer I know who to ask thanks.

I can read just fine. You get that message when you have certain app stores that have pirated apps on your device.

Hello all...
I am using Synergy and Substratum Lite for a week now. It's really good.
But, I was wondering... Is it possible to add overlays from different downloaded (form Play Store) themes, and then build one new theme with Synergy???
