No official 10 or 11 firmware for the J7P. If you really want you could install Treble GSI ROM's albeit with several bugs as Pie is the latest stable version for the phone....
Hi guys I want to downgrade my android 11 version to android 10 because it's instable, my phone came with android 11 pre-installed and because of that on sam mobile I can only find android 10 firmware with different PDA and CSC, is it safe to download one of them? Or maybe other solutions?

To switch from existing Android 10 to Android 11 you need to upgrade phone's ROM what requires to flash a Custom ROM based on Android 11 that is suitable to your phone.
I updated my Samsung galaxy A02s from Andriod 10 To andriod 12 but now on andriod 12 the phone lag and very heavy So is there anyways ( such as rooting the device } to roll back to andriod 10 ??
The problem is that current firmware has security level 5 and non of previous firmware { 10 or 11 } has a security level of level so what can I do is rooting the device will allow me to install firmware with security level lower than the current firmware ????
