XAP files not installing even after rom installation
I have installed the custom ROM in my Lumia 710 but yet the xap files downloaded from internet explorer are not getting installed. Please help me regarding this.

Hi and welcome to XDA.
You cannot flash a rom that wasn't made for your device.
You can check this thread for roms, recovery and info about your device:

Greetings and welcome to assist. You can't install a rom that has not been made for your device, the best thing you can do is try an port a rom from a device with the same chipset. If you want to try and make your own rom there is an excellent guide here
