Install 3minit battery app from playstore. Replace your SystemUI with the one here and update permissions.

I have Extremely Tweaked ROM, link on my signature, excellent ROM but the dev decided to move to another kind of ROM based on Note4 and closed the thread.

Exactly it's a flashable zip, i'm on ROM prism 14.6 and the zip work for me perfectly

There are two versions.
One for 5.0 and another thread for 5.1
