Yeah and i guess he will add more new features later!
I wish you could change the setting on navigation bar, so when we activated the battery saver the navigation panel does n't change the color to orange.
I really like Viper for focusing on speed, minimalist like and look

One straight away difference that you ought to notice is the kernel. It uses velvet kernel by default, whereas the official one uses the stock los Kernel.

I'm not being able to set up a working boot logo on my Moto E.
I don't know where do i put the file logo.bin to make it work since flashing this file is not working.
The update.zip i have flash this file in /bin/block.
And i already tried putting the file there, but this file disappears on the next boot...

Install google app and pixel launcher then set them as system app, you need root access to do that.
Edit: this ROM already has pixel launcher, just install Google App.

i think this thread and rom is dead, or will die soon, i+ve been using it for a week now and i must say it's great. I'm just sad that there are no updates to this otherwise great rom

Figure it out for yourself. Experiment and see what works best for you. Everyone has a different opinion on what is best. If you don't see a certain type of Gapps or root method in the OP, or mentioned throughout the thread, try what you normally use.

I have followed nichcream's instruction but my device is Redmi 3X and no such ist30xx_ts_input.kl file under /system/usr/keylayout/
Good work. Is this on enforcing or permissive?

Extract file from this zip and add it to that path then reboot.

Hi @impulsar Now my Recent Button working properly. May be it can help other people with Redmi 3X variant like me. Since there is no file named ist30xx_ts_input.kl under /system/usr/keylayout/
So i make an empty file named ist30xx_ts_input.kl there. I copied all original text inside ft5x06_720p. After saving the file, i rebooted my device and now my recent button just working as it should.

FAQ
Why is the security patch older than the latest AOSP patch?
CAF focus on delivering the latest hardware patches and are usually about a month behind Google on security patches, on the other hand, Google is usually a month or more behind on them on caf patches (sometimes months). No point in complaining about it, if you want the latest security patch, go with an AOSP based rom (like LineageOS), if you want latest Qualcomm optimizations for our hardware as well as fixes, go with caf, it's as simple as that.

SMS works but MMS not works. I tried this one but I lost my file transfer option. Its completely not working and its not signed(not a problem). Other then that it works smoothly

This is an excellent rom, very fluid and stable.. It will be my pleasure, if it comes with a fm radio app built in.. I don't get any option to hide hd(volte) icon from staus bar, it really annoys me, even that icon doesn't change it's color according to accent theme.. I am getting great battery life as well..
BTW I am very happy with this rom.. Thanks a lot developer for your hard work..

Nope bro but you can enable it by flashing custom kernel . I recommend chimera as it gives amazing battery life in this rom

What about statusbar brightness control? The one on LoS builds, where you can edit brightness % sliding your finger on statusbar, it's an useful feature!
And coffee toggle to keep screen awake.

EDIT: torch and every camera app are not working, seems something about camera is missing. Clean flash, re-flash,flash chimera kernel did not work. Restored old rom and it's working again (LOS 15)

He updated source but for poco hope he releases update for land after that you can port qgsi
