ROM is interesting but performance is too slow. no gapps and battery draining so fast. rebooting itself and strucking at boot logo i mean bootloop.., Your work is really appreciated and thanks providing new roms..:good::good::good: i tried it so many times by flashing different gapps and i used aptotide app.

thanks, I have made small fixes to device tree, so now some apps should work. But it still uses cm10.1's custom kernel until I can make another

Probably I will call you for a test of pure AOSP rom, i just compiler the kernel under aosp source, it's booted fine, once i fix wifi and home button, i can build the entire rom and see

It's a rather fast rom. Battery seemed a bit better than CM. Didn't use it much. Still in alpha state.

The ROM can be used for everyday use even if it is in alpha!
There are no annoying bugs.
I have found some little issues:
- I cannot go to recovery from the reboot menu: the device reboots normally
- there are no traffics arrows in the wifi and data icons in the status bar
- sometimes the device seems freezed with low responsiveness

These issues need to be worked by the source. I already have them in the device tree, but they were seen as "not existing" in the framework base.

Flash in toggles isnt working for me. Seems like its some sort of cm bug...

There're many apps that are force closing. We're trying to fix them; port a ROM is harder than compile from source.

I know,it is time for "M" but even after the release of cm-12 and 12.1,CyanogenMod team updated the cm11 sources....so I wanted to get one build for falcon for those people who are not a big fan of lollipop.

currently i am using pac-man 4.4.4 unofficial build by @Niropa.
with his overkill kernel i do not have any screen flickering issues on lollipop bootloader.
do we have any screen flickering issues if we install this on lollipop bootloader?
i am very sorry as i am low on internet usage now i cannot test it myself.
also if you add some features from pac-man rom it would be greatly appreciated.
i know you are working on M to bring it for falcon. but just wanted to ask your little more work on this CM11.

This is pure cm with cm kernel
I don't think I have to waste my time in developing a KitKat ROM at this moment (I mean with features)

I don't think that flickering is a big issues....it can be easily solved by unlocking and unlocking screen once
Thanks for your work. With moto g lolipop don't work vary well , there are any lags whit lolipop. In this rom Stagefright is fixed ?
Does this have any voice calling bug? I tried pacman rom and that has issue over video call @ whatsapp and imo.im

I use this rom for one day and for now i don't have any bug , only one reboot when i change icon theme , but i change again icon theme and there aren't any reboot.

Hello there everyone my real full name is Jon Wesley Tranchida! I am a android lover and dev by heart and soul and i am proud to bring you a great custom rom that was modified by me! This ROM is called TranchidaMod ROM and it is based off of Android 5.1.1 for our nexus 7 Flo tablet. This ROM brings you the full great experience of CyanogenMod 12.1 that you have already loved and enjoyed (Hopefully) and i tweaked and modified it to my liking so i added several apps, fixed up a little bit of code, included latest gapps, and added some more things. The ROM as a whole is not mine as i was trying to say before and this ROM base belongs to the Official Cyanogenmod team because i have gotten the last official snapshot CM12.1 build from there website and i have modified to my liking so we can all enjoy a great CM12.1 rom experience on our nexus 7 flo. That's right this rom is not compiled by me it is modified so I hope you enjoy the ROM as i worked hard on it to make sure to bring a great experience. Please read the features list to know what i added and please read the FAQ Section if you have any concerns. Please note this ROM is only for flo and not deb and sorry i wont be making a build for deb as i don't have that device. Please note this is an unofficial build and i am making no money or profit from this project.
