Hello guys, I don't have no more idea to fix it.
Today I unlocked my bootloader, all was Stock and no Root. I want try This Lineage OS 15 and is mandatory flash the TWRP to install the Rom.
OK, I unlocked my bootloader and downloaded TWRP Dual Version, extracted the img file from zip and flashed in fastboot mode like the tutorial says: fastboot flash FOTAKernel recovery.img
the flash was donne fine but I can't enter in recovery mode, I tryed in adb adb reboot recovery but isn't work too, anyone have an idea?
Attached some images to explain...
Sorry for my bad english.
Forget, xkeita give me a tip and I can now enter in recovery, I suppose that the Stock kernel don't boot it, just flashed the Kernel rom that I want to use and in sequence, flahsed the TWRP and it worked.
Sumary:
1. I extracted the Boot.img from ROM ZIP and flashed it with: fastboot flash boot boot.img
2. I Extracted the TWRP IMG and flashed it with: fastboot flash FOTAKernel recovery.img
reboot the phone, and turn on pressing vol key down ultil boot in TWRP.
Maybe this is usual to someone.
Thanks a lot @xkeita and @serajr for all the help and suport, I Learned a lot, thanks.
Moderators, can Lock this tread please....

I recently tried to install multirom but it kinda messed up, Now I can't either do fastboot boot recovery.img or fastboot flash recovery.img cause none of them works. I also tried to recover stock firmware but it didn't help. any help is appreciated.
I can boot into stock recovery via fastboot boot recovery.img but cannot boot a twrp or cwm.
Hello! I've tried to root my phone (Moto G XT1541 Europe 1GB) but failed. I got an error when trying to flash the custom recovery. Unfortunately, it has overwritten the stock recovery and it didn't install. So, now I have a phone without recovery and I can't do a factory reset because of that (I think).
So, this is my question: how can I re install the default Android 6.0 recovery mode for my phone?
Also, my phone boots automatically on bootloader mode and I can't re-lock the bootloader because I can't flash anymore either; I got an error because the pre flash validation failed when trying to flash with adb fastboot, but this is minimal issues that doesn't really bother me, but they could be helpful and if someone knows how to get rid of them, I want to know!
I hope someone will help me!

The bootloader cannot be relocked in the Moto G 2015, the best you can do is hide the warning screen. Find the stock image and fastboot flash the recovery from there, or better yet, flash the entire image so you are in a known working state
If you are in Pre-Flash validation, you do not have the correct image for your device... I suggest you post in the "How to flash factory images" thread about returning to stock, if it is possible. You MUST factory default before flashing factory images, if you can't, try 'fastboot erase userdata' and try again.
Flash latest twrp via fastboot and reboot into recovery ,
don't reboot into system,
reboot into recovery manually, then you can enter twrp recovery and can flash supersu 2.62.3.
when you just reboot after flash twrp and reboot system erase custom recovery and save stock recovery, so don't enter fastboot reboot, enter fastboot reboot recovery after flash recovery via pc.
Rename twrp recovery as only twrp in fastboot folder in your pc , not as twrp.img,
But cmd as fastboot flash recovery twrp.img , then no errors ( are you unlocked bootloader ?)

Hey! Thank you! I've been able to flash the TWRP recovery and now I can do a factory reset (and also send sms, which I couldn't do anymore for some reason).
I still have the issue where the bootloader screen appears everytime I turn my phone on, and I still can't re lock my device because I can't flash anything either. I've recovered all of my data, so I think I'm going to stick with that for a moment but maybe I'll try what you said some day.
Again, really thank you for helping me!

Now I understand why my flashing TWRP did not take. I simply rebooted to system and still have stock recovery installed. I was successful booting twrp via fastboot and successfully flashed supersu 2.62.3. Is this step in listed in any faq? I must have missed it.
So after flashing TWRP, do you then power down device prior to manually booting to recovery?

Don't power down, already you are in fastboot mode, you can just enter recovery from that. I forget the reference, but i will search and post.

I get this from twrp official page
Note many devices will replace your custom recovery automatically during first boot. To prevent this, use Google to find the proper key combo to enter recovery. After typing fastboot reboot, hold the key combo and boot to TWRP. Once TWRP is booted, TWRP will patch the stock ROM to prevent the stock ROM from replacing TWRP. If you don't follow this step, you will have to repeat the install.
In our phone press simultaneously volume down + power button to enter recovery.

i managed to flash twrp via fastboot, with command:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
and then i applied:
fastboot boot recovery
and it booted into twrp (yay), but when i try to reboot it into system (or poweroff, and on), it boots into twrp. succesfully managed to replace stock recovery, but now i cant go into system. i got backup of system, but i don't know how to boot into system now.
phone is Allview Viva H801
I don't know how i can get into fastboot now via twrp. Is there way to communicate with twrp via PC. because twrp terminal , closes keyboard when i press key 'b', which makes it impossible to type any command (to get into fastboot )
can i fix this via twrp as i cant go into bootloader

TWRP don't have reboot bootloader option!?
Re-flash Stock ROM.

12S Ultra unofficial TWRP - link MEGA

They released TWRP under 12S Pro, but the code name is Thor which stands for 12S Ultra, and after flashing, I do confirm this is for 12S Ultra.
now they have a proper 12S Ultra section!
Download the image and rename as recovery.img for simplicity.
fastboot boot recovery.img (or full file name)
in TWRP, go to "Advanced" and "flash this twrp."
edit: the recovery image file is too large to be flashed directly via fastboot, so you need to boot first then flash using twrp!
edit2: backup and restore function may not be working properly on this version of twrp! I get boot loops everytime I do a full system backup and full restore after bricking the device, especially on the data partition. Clean installing rom then restoring data only still get boot loops. so use it with caution.
I suggest you to use 3rd party backup apps to do backups on apps and data, and stick to the flashing and other functions only for twrp.

No I'm pretty sure it's:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
However my question was why the method outlined by @Nabicook vs this method. Is it because of the dual partition?

Because not only it is the method unofficialtwrp suggested, but also the size of the recovery img file is too large to be flashed via fastboot.
I already tried
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash recovery_a recovery.img
and so on, but all failed.
only way to properly install this version of twrp is to boot first then let twrp to install itself to both a/b partitions.
Hi!
I'm following your guide...and after uploading recovery nothing happens
rebooting into recovery through ADB or just using buttons...still sends me into fastboot mode
What can I do?

are you sure you did
fastboot boot (your recovery file name).img
it should automatically boot into twrp without touching anything from fastboot mode.
then install twrp through the advanced option in twrp

Still having issues:
After flashing twrp + magisk, reboot sends me into fastboot mode ..
As I get it, previously I've messed up with boot image, flashing recovery into that partition
So question is:
Do I need to reflash stock boot.img (need help with getting it, stock recovery rom is packed into .bin and I'm unable to extract boot image
Or can I simply reflash stock ROM (in recovery or fastboot mode?)
*my phone is unlocked already

yeah you can try flashing stock boot img, and if that doesnt work, you can download fastboot rom and flash stock rom using flash all without wiping data(there is .bat file that says something like install without formatting).
That will fix any kind of brick issues of xiaomi device, and you just redo the twrp part.

How to Extract payload.bin and get stock boot image file
To extract the payload.bin file from Android stock firmware and get stock boot image file, you should refer to the instructions given in here.
www.droidwin.com
My idea worked!
I used the method above to extract boot.img & flashed it successfully

Ps I'm not an expert to please explain as much as you can
Dude what?
Fastboot Flash recovery recovery.img
That's it!
Hold Volume Up+ Power to boot the device to boot into Recovery.
Go to install and select customRomFileOfYourChoice.zip to install it.
Maybe needs a format Data to wipe failed encryption.
Reboot to system.
Done

You need to install a custom ROM and format the data. If you are using an Android 12 or 13 ROM the data partition is encrypted that's why you're phone is boot looping
its working... I had to format data
thank you very much
All is working now. magisk installed (with trwp), lsposed install
But If i'm going in trwrp backup option, I don't see "system"
?
you have to mount the system partition first and set it via terminal to read/write i think.
But i am also not professional mhh..
Try mount it and when u cant Backup it ask again for help
