Baseband Maxon X3

Hello i bought a Maxon X3 from tinydeal.
Its very good phone
but i have issues with baseband its only wcdma 2000 and i see in all the sites it support 850 and 2100.
What can i do?
i flash v7 baseband but cant connect network..im on moly v6..
is any way to enable those bands..i see in all sites its supported 2100 and 850..
what can i do?
i have the 5.7 1gb ram 16gb version

Sorry, In Colombia retailres are selling the Moto G XT1563 with 16Gb of store, but this phone came only with 1Gb of RAM (Falabella, Exito, Jumbo, etc)
The 16Gb phone not came with 2Gb of RAM?, this is a error or the phone model is different??

Moto G (2nd Gen) XT1063 is available with 16GB Storage and 1GB RAM.

No, I said Gen 3, this forum is form this model, I know the forum for 1st and 2nd gen

Aqui en Chile lo adquirí mediante movistar y tengo el modelo de 16gb de ram y en antutu y cpu-z me dice un 1gb de ram,creo que en latinoamerica lo estan vendiendo asi
Here in Chile I acquired by Movistar and have the 16GB model and AnTuTu ram and cpu-z says 1gb of ram me, I think in Latin America are selling well

xt1563 shows as moto x play?

As far as I know carriers and stores in Latin America are selling 16gb moto g3 with 1gb ram, the moto g3 with 2gb of ram is online exclusive for the moment.
In Walmart Mexico they are selling 16gb with 1gb of ram.

Versions of Mi4

Can someone shed some light on the different versions of Mi4? I bought an Mi4 in India and not sure which version it is. Are the Mi4w the same as the global and can Mi4w Roms be flashed on the Indian variant?

I had the same question, and I found this in the MIUI forums:
Question 15: How to identify my Mi4 and is it proper for me?
To identify your phone, open Settings / About phone / Model number. There are several possibilities:
China Mobile - supports:
3G version (model number: Mi 4-cmcc) : GSM/TD-SCDMA
4G version (model number: Mi 4lte-cmcc): GSM/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE
Version for use mainly in China. Not recommended for the rest of the world, though may be used as a GSM only.
China Unicom - supports:
3G version (model number: Mi 4w): GSM/WCDMA
4G version (model number: Mi 4lte-cu) : GSM/WCDMA/FDD-LTE
Recommended for international use.
China Telecom - supports:
3G version (model number: Mi 4-ct): GSM/CDMA 1X/WCDMA/CDMA 2000
4G version (model number: Mi 4lte-ct): GSM/CDMA 1X/CDMA 2000/WCDMA/FDD-LTE/TD-LTE
Rare (but not impossible) to be found, that's the version that supports as many standards as possible.
Information regardind the Mi4 ROMs:
- Mi 4-cmcc, Mi 4lte-cmcc, Mi 4w, Mi 4lte-cu and Mi 4-ct are using one and the same ROM (the one for Mi3/4 from the Downloads section)
- Mi 4lte-ct is using a different ROM that can be found in the Chinese MIUI Forum.
- Don't flash MIUI5 on any Mi4 LTE model or you'll brick it !!! The LTE models are supported only by MIUI6, V.6.2.1 and higher and MIUI7.

D6646 Xperia Z3 32GB Downgrade

Hi everyone, just got a new Z3 and came with build 23.4.A.1.232 Lolipop, this model is D6646 so closest match will be a D6603 but this unit has 32GB storage
1. Do you think is worth downgrading to kitkat to improve battery life?
2. Downgrading voids Sony warranty?
3. Downgrading gives DRM problems?
4. What will happen if this device is flashed with a D6603 firmware? will have 16GB instead of 32GB? LTE will stop working?
5. Any way to get a D6646 FTF stock unbranded kitkat 4.4.4?
6. Phone flashlight and speakers are really weak compared to my S4, is this normal?
7. The only ROM i have found is 23.5.A.1.291, will this version improves battery?
8. My screen on time is around 6h over a single day, today i am @ 52% battery with 3h SOT and 15:38 uptime, is this right for a Z3?
I am happy with this Z3, S4 was very unreliable, S4 motherboard died after 18 months then replacement motherboard was giving "Sim card removed" errors and no way to repair them, in fact tried to cook a custom rom that disables the simcard removed error but was overkill.. instead got a new phone..

If anyone wants needs the Android Pie 9.0 Firmware, here is a link! This was OTA file from Vivo XI+ Plus, this is Android Pie 9.0 OFFICIAL FIRMWARE, not the beta version! It works great. THIs is only for the GSM version, not for Verizon unless you want to convert it to dual sim GSM.

Do not extract; you simply copy to the root file of the SDcard, you reboot into recovery mode, and you select "apply update from sdcard" something like that.

Anyone flashed this update using Verizon to know if network connectivity is maintained?

No; I expect it to NOT work with Verizon.
In fact, it may convert the phone into a GSM phone with 2 sim slots.

Is this file expected to work equally well on V0311WW as on V0310WW, or was it pulled from one specific model and only expected to work on that?

BLU VIVO XI+ Single SIM
When I asked BLU for the PIE update this is what I received:
"Unfortunately, your device does not qualify for the Pie Program because you purchased the Single SIM Verizon compatible version. Please be advised, a Verizon compatible Android Pie software is in the works. We apologize for any and all inconveniences you may have experienced."
So if you have a single SIM "Verizon" compatible BLU VIVO XI+ do not install the PIE update as it is not currently supported by that version of the phone.

Yeah this is for the GSM version, and I downloaded it from a 64GB version phone. I think it would work with the 128GB version also, but I am only guessing. If you can backup with TWRP first and maybe you can try it if your phone is 128GB, if you want to risk it is up to you.
