Yikes! Looks awful, I think you should get it fixed under warranty. Definitely not how it should look like!
It only happen some time. Bought it from China and using it in Canada now. It was rebranded certainly out of warranty, could rebrand be the cause?

Rebrand has nothing to do with this, i rebranded my Mate 9 to three different regions, but never faced any problem.
try factory reset..

Didn't help. And it only happens once in a few days.

Yesterday I found a black spot on the picture that was taken by the back camera and in all apps.

So then I power off and did not touch it, and in the morning the spots have changed direction.
I tried to shaking the phone but it does not change anymore. = =
**I used a lens protector all the time, but when removed it the problem still exists.
Does anyone know what that cause is ??
How do I solve this problem or RMA is the only way ? :crying:
Help me please.

That sucks dude, honestly the only way to fix that is to RMA your device, and I definitely would. I've seen a lot of pointless RMA's being discussed here at XDA, but if my camera had any type of problem I would send the phone back.
For the past 2 months, my camera has been experiencing some double vision issues. Ive done a reset(not factory) and even tried different apps with the same result. I'm also 1 month out of warranty now.
So.. What do you think?
Oh yeah.. Sprint, A9, Android 7, version 2.18.651.2

I think that you should try running the Ruu, if that doesn't work, HTC will probably replace it as it is a defect, if not sprint will

Jeezus. You definitely want to take that back or send it in for a warranty claim.
yes, I will take my watch back to samsung as soon as possible.
Anyone heard about this problem before?
I read on reddit about it. Some guy had some stains (but yours looks way heavier) which he couldn't clean. He wanted to sent it back too.
Wow, return it...it does look fried.
I have a phone that feels like it's working great. Any risk updating?
I just updated mine and so far I don't see any issues with it.

Iv been using the he firmware for a couple weeks now and it seems to be working better than any other firmware so far, I've had no issues with it all. The full firmware for it is also on mirrors.lolinet.com as well.

What @ze7zez said, hardware.
You can use any screen utility and you'll see that the screen looks fine.
You can try my AdbGrab (for Windows).
I don't have this phone but i did have screen glitch issues on boot with my phone (Poco M3 Pro 5G)
when the metadata partition was incorecctly sized / after a while the screen didn't wake when tapping the power button i just resized it to 0.5G it fixed it (for now who knows)
