I made this patch for all those who want the full control of color, hue, saturation and contrast on their Official and Unofficial LOS 15.1 ROMs !
Tested only on LineageOS 15.1 (Official and Unofficial), may works on LOS 16 too but haven't been tested.

important notes:
* Required * Vendor Firmware version must be based on MIUI V12-based builds.
GApps can only be flashed on clean installs.
Formatting data (all user data is wiped, including internal storage) is a must if Stockrom was previously installed and device was encrypted.
