Olá amigo, já tentou mudar as permissōes? Tenta recolocar a oficial com root e rootexplorer e olha lá as permissões... Uma vez aconteceu o mesmo com meu U20i, daí mudei as permissões e consegui...
Ps.: além disso coloca dentro de uma pasta chamada apps (/system/apps ou coisa do tipo)
Espero ter te ajudado, eu acho o rootexplorer a melhor opçāo de mudar permissões, pois é de fácil visualizaçāo e troca

Já tentei colocar o arquivo direto na pasta "app", mudei as permissões para todas as combinações possíveis, e nada. Rs.. Andei pesquisando e acho que o problema é que naquele tal "android manifest" ele determina o sdk target como 11 e o do ICS é o 15.. mas não consigo editar o xml.

O máximo que consegui segurar com a Rom do jeito que veio foram uns 10 dias.. depois disso já coloquei root, porque queria tirar print da tela e sem root até tinha como, mas era tanto trabalho que não tava disposto..
Não me arrependi. Agora coloquei o ICS do Team Rogue e tá melhor ainda. (Recomendo.) Só quero o gerenciador de arquivos da Motorola BR.. pq essas coisas feias de File Manager HD, Astro e tal não dá pra usar não..

Só tou com receio de uma coisa, instalei o Tiamat 2.2.2 e deu alguns problemas com o market, alguns programas se mostravam incompatíveis com o Xoom mx601 (o brasileiro é mx605). Como tem aqui: http://code.google.com/p/tiamat-xoom-rom/issues/detail?id=21
Quero colocar esse, mas um carinha lá disse que tá com esse problema. Outros disseram que tá tudo ok. Não sei se é por causa da versão do Xoom... Brasileiro, Europeu...

Well I´m in my forth update of Team EOS Build I´m using the 33 I just upgrade from the old 22, and so far it´s work fine. Nathing to worry about.

You need my tool (On signature, or search for LordAIOTool) It can do the both for you. And one tip, the official update is not worth... TeamEOS is better OC'ed mine and it's VERY VERY fast and stable

It's a computer tool, so you only need a plugged Xoom to root press 6 and enter, then read the instructions

I live in Brazil and I'm currently using a RAZR HD with a custom rom from my local carrier Vivo. Though Motorola already update long time ago the retail devices, subsidized ones seems far from receive Jelly Bean update. Motorola say "just wait for a notification pop up, it'll happen 'til the end of march".
Does anyone knows if this and other custom roms (TIM, Claro, Oi) in Brazil were already compiled and distributed?

Wait for OTA!!!! If you flash via RSD, even with locked bootloader you'll be stuck on jb forever, and never would back to ics... as long as you unlock your bootloader.... But, by self experience, don't unlock your bootloader, and stay in ics for now, the brazillian jb version have a bad battery!

Se você flashear pelo RSD, mesmo que você tenha o bootloader bloqueado (porque é possível), você vai ficar preso na rom do JB que você flashear, e não vai mais conseguir voltar pro ICS, a não ser que você desbloqueie o bootloader, e mesmo assim, voltando pro ICS você vai ter alguns problemas pra inicializar....
Portanto, por experiencia própia, não desbloqueia o bootloader e fica com o ICS por agora, a versão brasileira do JB acaba com a bateria! Sem falar que não tem root ainda, só se vc desbloquear o bootloader.....

Obrigado pelo feedback! Mas isso da versão brasileira acabar com bateria tem base no quê? Eu tenho ouvido falar disso algumas vezes, mas não achei relatos consistentes disso e pelo que li, em relação ao RAZR HD, há apenas um relato isolado aqui no fórum, se nao me engano. Além do que, aparentemente ainda não há rom JB das operadoras. Esse consumo de bateria aumentado não é causado pelo Google Now?

I have heard it a few times, but I did not find consistent reports of this and from what I read, in relation to the RAZR HD, there is only one isolated report here on the forum. And also there is no JB version from carriers yet (not for the RAZR HD). This increased battery consumption is not caused by Google Now?

Eu também quando fui atualizar o meu encontrei esse caso isolado que você disse, e logo pensei: comigo não vai acontecer, e aconteceu... Mas o que parece é que várias versões estão com problemas de bateria.
E sim, o google now a parte gasta muita bateria, mas o problema maior em si não é ele. Se você atualizar via OTA o problema da bateria é que um processo chamado com.motorola.servicediallingnumbers.com vai impedir o celular de dormir, ou seja adeus bateria... Já se você atualizar via RSD, pela rom retail, o problema de bateria é um pouco menor (não tendo esse tal de servicediallingnumbers), mas mesmo assim não se compara ao ICS... Conforme você usa o celular vai 1~2% de bateria por minuto, isso é muito bizarro, e frustante.
Gente, comprei o meu na vivo e na primeira semana eu baixei e flasheei a rom ICS 4.0.4 retail. Dai aceitei o OTA para JB e tive os problemas que vocês mencionaram, só que dai eu dei um factory reset (através do stock recovery, sem ser o das configurações do android.) e todos os problemas sumiram. O celular entra em deep sleep depois disso também. Vai custar o ROOT do aparelho (caso tenha rooteado), porém os problemas de bateria ou quaisquer outros somem do seu Jelly Bean.
Hoje em dia eu desbloqueei o bootloader, mandei pra pqp e uso CM10 hehehe. Sou mto feliz. Só é uma pena o CM10 não ter HDMI, mas o cara que fez o serviço e botou CM10 no razr hd é brasileiro, o que dá mta satisfação, pq todo dono de razr hd no mundo depende do trabalho dele (epinter o nick dele).

Then I accepted OTA for JB and I had some of the problems you all mentioned, but then I did a factory reset (throught stock recovery, not inside android.) and all the problems were gone. The cellphone enters in deep sleep after this also. It will cost the root (in case you rooted), but the battery problems or any other will all be gone.
Nowadays I have unlocked bootloader, sent to pqp and use CM10. I´m very happy. It´s just bad that we don´t have HDMI after CM10, but the guy who is dealing with it is brazilian, what makes us proud, as every razr hd owner depends on him and I´m pretty sure he is putting all his efforts on it. (his nick is epinter).

Well, just received the update from Vivo via OTA so now I can confirm that, yes, there's rom compiled for the RAZR HD sold by Vivo. As soon as I start to use it I'll be able to say if the battery lasts more or less. However, with my usage til now running stock ICS is not that good when I let HSDPA+ on. People out there using 4G are achiving better performance than me, I think.

Yes, JB update is insanely draining the battery. How can I do the stock recovery you mentioned? Will it void warranty?

Instalei certo, e apareceu a atualização pro 4.4.4 e sem querer, atualizei. Acontece que deu HARDBRICK em meu aparelho e não consigo voltar de jeito nenhum. Alguem sabe alguma formula para resucita-lo?

Pesquise sobre adb e fastboot, e tente fazer o flash stock da versão anterior (que você usava), ou pesquise algum toolkit, onde geralmente tem a opção de hardbrick/bootloop.

Como o Lolipop 5.0 atualiza o bootloader do Moto G, fazer downgrade, caso sucedido, deixa algumas sequelas.
Agora com o seu caso é só esperar a Motorola lançar a rom completa para o pessoal poder atualizar o MBM CI.

Quando tento instalar, recebo a seguinte mensagem:

Meu amigo, pesquise sobre o LineageOS. Com ele é possível instalar o Android 10 no Moto G 3 (2015). Antes disso, verifique a versão correta do seu celular. Tire a tampa de trás e no adesivo deve ter o modelo correto. Vai ser algo do tipo XT****.
Se for XT1556 ou XT1557 (o que eu acredito ser) então o seu celular é o MERLIN (LineageOS Wiki - Merlin).
Se for XT1540 ou XT1541 ou XT1542 ou XT1543 ou XT1544 ou XT1548 ou XT1550 então seu celular é o OSPREY (LineageOS Wiki - Osprey)
Nessa página wiki do LineageOS tem o guia de como instalar. Está em inglês e não é algo tão simples como clicar próximo próximo próximo e finalizar. TEM QUE LER!!!!
Basicamente você precisa instalar em sua máquina o ADB e o FASTBOOT (instruções nesse link). Depois ativar o USB Debugging dentro das Opções de Desenvolvedor (no tutorial do adb e fastboot diz como fazer isso).
Agora faça o download de dois arquivos, do sistema em sí e do recovery neste link. Certifique-se de baixar a mesma versão [por exemplo: lineage-17.1-20200829-nightly-merlin-signed.zip (444.26 MB) e lineage-17.1-20200829-recovery-merlin.img (13.62 MB)] e siga os passos para a instalação neste link.
Sobre voltar ao sistema original depois, para que fazer isso? Acho que tem como mas aí vc vai ter que ler e ler e ler novamente.

Natively, do you know what was the latest installed stock version of android? If it was 6.0 and you do not remember and go back to 5.1, you will spend a good time with the DOS prompt open, looking for a solution, to flash the twrp ... At least I didn't figure out how to work around this problem... I would suggest you go to 6.0 which was the last (see codename, region and that sort of thing)
