The only way to do that is a nandroid backup which will need root.

I'm trying to do the oreo update manually using TWRP.
Edited the update script in the oreo.zip file someone posted earlier. TWRP will install the update, just running into an issue where it goes into a bootloop. Possible kernel issue.

Nevermind, prob an issue with how TWRP and Stock Recovery patch the .img files. Not smart enough for this
