Our pico have a lot of roms. Like cm11 , cm12 , miui , sense 5-4 and many more... But in these ROMs performance is worse than CM9. So I decided to make a ROM based on CM9. It name is MiniCM9 PLUS. This rom is based on minicm9 by @thewisenerd . Because that rom is so stable. But have a few bugs and glitches. like battery. I fixed these things . This rom will come with Aroma installer. So you can customize your rom. Lots of choice included in this ROM. Everything works including camera, video recording, video decoding, wifi toggles. So that you can use this as a daily driver.

robotic voice in calls.. everything is working but little laggy.. overall performance is good.

Yes Gapps included in this ROM. I dont know about OTG. I do not tested it. You can install Rom and test it.
This rom atually very nice and I want to port it but unfortunately, the Samsung Galaxy Y doesn't has bugless cm9 . So now, I'm working on a bugless cm9 for the SGY . And my pico arrived , I'm on this rom right now, so nice

its a port but with many feature added by me test this rom and do give review
I like it, but in my opiniom you should change the style of statusbar it doesn't go with the whole wp7 look.

I didn't use diablo's tool to compile the kernel, i used it only for getting boot img from my zImage and ramdisk

gta 3 run smooth.. and dark knight is also run smoother than stock rom but little laggy on some place... see the tips for more smooth gaming

Talking about 4.4.2 and considering your goal from OP I'd suggest Stock Kernel.
Users can then choose their prefered custom kernel :good:

Yes if u need Gapps then its compulsory i have not installed them in the rom, they were creating conflicts so if u need gapps then u have to flash them

Dude it's basically Cosmic ROM (which has severe bugs) with a little mixture of Metemod. I switched from Cosmic to Metemod (original) and I'm really happy. Just use the original one. You'll be happy.

Ha ha I found both good some apps r just themed like cosmic I m still on metemod kit_kat . working very fine like original . both the ROMs r gud can't say about cosmic used it very less as far I remember it was also gud

Cosmic has battery drain, System UI lockdowns, interface problems (both original and updated). I tested ALL ROMs for this device.
Metemod is the best in every aspect.

Both Works very nic Performance is same almost just theming and features r different
Theme for Phone, Contacts and Caller ID will be added ?
P.S. This firmware and METEMOD ROM S5 does not support Init.d!

It do support Init.d and The apks were creating conflicts to rom the one with kitkat theme . So i replaced with TouchwizKitKat theme

But the "kernel" does not contain the code to activate the Init.d, and the scripts do not work.
