its working fine phone booted normally and the max clockspeed i can see is 1209 same

That's really weird.. check if you haven't messed up something in the settings. If not then there is something wrong in the kernel sources..Try any other camera app

That bug also reported by some tester from previous build, that built with Global Swap Firmware as a port.
This latest one built from Regional Firmware, as you can see above, 059T993.

It is corrupted ...download again! Many users including me have flashed the rom no such issues. And it cannot hard brick ur device.

micro mini pico or anything because i installed the pico gapps and they are creating a battery issue

2.Reboot in TWRP Recovery mode
3.Backup your phone!

5.Flash/Install ROM

Nice and smooth rom. Was able to pass safety net.
Screenshot from power menu is not working.
Tried to lock gps in maps but maps not able to pinpoint location.

Looks like proximity sensor is not working.
Is it just me or anyone else having this issue?

Yes. In pie while adding hidden network you need to go to advanced settings and at bottom choose hidden network as yes
