It's up to you which ROM you liked most.. every custom ROM has it's ups & downs.. you could get more information by visiting specific ROM thread.. about Camera I think Stock Moto is best camera for our device..

Hey guys, yesterday I got my S4, I added cyanogenmod 13 but the slow motion feature was not working, I did not make a backup of my stock rom but I got one from somebody else and the only thing that does not work is the camera and gallery, no slo mo for me, Anyone has the stock lollipop rom or camera apk? Suggest me some good custom roms for nokia x which is equivalent to stock rom performance because i need google plus app which need google play services..
I had installed cm11 ROM, stock revolutionised ROM,PAC man ROM, lewa OS and xperia rom but all had few bugs..
Can u suggest me some good roms..
