I recently tried to install multirom but it kinda messed up, Now I can't either do fastboot boot recovery.img or fastboot flash recovery.img cause none of them works. I also tried to recover stock firmware but it didn't help. any help is appreciated.
I can boot into stock recovery via fastboot boot recovery.img but cannot boot a twrp or cwm.

You may need to reflash twrp zip after installing the custom rom.
I have my Oneplus 8T and I unlock bootloader and flashing recovery via fastboot flash recovery.img in spite of fastboot flash recovery recovery.img so I think I flash recovery.img in the boot image/partition. How can I restore the boot partition via fastboot commands or adb sideload?

Use the MSM tool for your particular model. This will restore the phone to the original factory setup.
Ok so i was trying to root my phone again after the Android 12 update. I messed it up and soft bricked my phone. fastboot works but fastboot roms haven't given me any luck and I'm now trying to install twrp so i can flash an older rom again but when i run fastboot boot twrp.img it just boots into fastboot again. am i really out of luck until twrp gets updated to Android 12? stock recovery works but isn't helpful. I've also had no luck with msmdownloadtool what can i do?
Since TWRP is not supported/works on A12. Your only option is to use MSM tool to get back. I would have suggested you try flash the stock boot.img from A12 you flashed, but that wont work since you tried the fastboot rom.

I am trying to flash TWRP in a bootloader-unlocked SM-A127F/DS. But the phone is stuck at Entering Fastboot Mode ... I am using adb in Ubuntu and used the following command

The twrp.img that I downloaded is for Samsung Galaxy A12 only, also I had tried previous builds of the same. Still no luck.
Tried to flash TWRP using Heimdall using the command

heimdall flash --RECOVERY twrp.img
Here too no luck.
Please suggest a method with Ubuntu OS for TWRP flashing since I do not have a Windows system.
