I cannot connect to bluetooth - General Questions and Answers

The thing is i tried to pair my android device (moto x phone) to an intel android tablet. Both devices were paired easily. After pairing them I tried to connect them through bluetooth but was unable to do so. Whenever I tapped my device name in tablet it responded by not connecting. Whenever i tapped tablet name in my phone it connected for a millisecond and disconnected. What should I do? How do i connect to the bluetooth.

Bluetooth device reconnect issues

running bone stock - successfully paired and used two different sets of headphones, but after powering off, or turning off bt, the devices will not auto-reconnect (or manually reconnect, for that matter). The previously paired devices show in the list...but do not connect when turned on. When I select the name to manually reconnect, its says connecting, briefly, then fails to connect. Only way to re-establish connection is to put the headphones in pairing mode, remove the device, and add as new again.
These headphones (both sets) always reconnected without a hitch on my previous phones? Looking through the forum, looks like an uncommon issue.

[Q] Help connecting ipega controller to pc

OK, not technically a question about android, I'm just trying to connect an android compatible device to a PC via bluetooth.
I have an ipega 9021 controller for android (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41O1ixqkGGL._SY300_.jpg), and was wondering if it's possible connecting it to PC properly.
I can connect the controller, but it doesn't reconnect automatically, so I have to delete the device and re-connect it every time.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I set it to gamepad mode (X + home), search for devices on PC, when the device is discovered, I got to properties and check the "drivers for keyboard, mice, etc (hid) and only then connect (otherwise I get an error). The controller then works great, but upon disconnecting I have to do the process again.

prioritizing two phones paired to a car bluetooth device

There are two drivers using the car:
when they drive alone, they should connect to the bluetooth device
when they drive together, the phone of the primary driver should connect to the bluetooth device
I was thinking of something for the secondary driver that will either:
prompt before connecting to the specific bluetooth device
wait a few seconds before connecting
which will give the primary chance to connect

Bluetooth issue in Android 10

In Android 9 my Bluetooth used to connect automatically. After updating Android 10 i have to connect manually Everytime. Any solution for it ??
Strange, on android 10 my devices connect automatically if I turn bluetooth off without manually disconnecting the device first. It remembers what was last connected and attempts to reconnect to the device when I turn Bluetooth back on. Try un-pairing the device, then re-pairing. when you wish to disconnect from the device try turning Bluetooth off on the phone. Then turn Bluetooth on again and see if the phone tries to auto-connect.

If PC is running Windows 10 and higher you can resolve Bluetooth issues automatically. To do so, click Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Then, under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
