1st : it's not a promotional topic !
2nd : I just try to help Alpha's owner to find a case / flip cover
So, in my search for a case for my Alpha, I've found that site :

It's a French site, don't know if they have an English version, but I think that cover seems nice.
I'll probably order 1 next week and I'll let you know about quality... Ok it's a bit expensive but quality seems good.
If you're interested, I'll contact them to know if they deliver worldwide (or at least your country [emoji1]) and if you have question but don't speak French, let me know, and I'll ask them. Same if you want to order but not sure about the options, I'll try to translate for you.

Hello All,
Does anybody know if there is a Dutch version of WM2005? Would be real cool. Or perhaps i can translate a english ROM myself?
i heard there would be a official dutch version, i just haven't seen it anywhere on this site.

there isnt even a dutch WM2003SE available, let alone a WM5 rom :S

there is not likely to come any dutch version of 2005 for xdaII's since there is not likely to come any 2005 version officialy for xdaII's
and you can translate it yourself try asking the one who translated it to french in the himalaya forum

so? there is even official Dutch language support for WM2003SE, but nobody chose to use it or put out an ROM wit it....

As I understand correctly, there won't be an official Dutch Magneto version, but translating it so myself is a possibility.
I will have a look on how to do that...

Thats Pity,
Maybe you can do it legal somehow? by just copying all the files of the device to your sd card, and than zip it. that should not be illigal, unless you signed some papers on your work that the files are only mentioned for your eyes only.
i do not want to bring you in trouble, its to you to decide what to do.
If you will not post the files, i respect it anyway.

You would need a receiver in the phone, so audio/video streaming is only possible, and it depends on your radio station if it streams its broadcasts.

Wow there is a whole thread discussing the how and why of all this.... you guys have got to start searching for answers or just reading form the beginning of a thread to the end..... or at very least goto the list of threads and see if there is a thread on the topic that you are about to ask the same question about... this is not that hard.... and those who answer question will put you on an ignore list and it will be as though you do not exist no matter what you do......
And anger management does not work when... use your imagination at this point

Yup. I do yoda yoga and finger biting - but it doesnt help much....
At least there is not much FLAMING here - as in HERMES where newies got BADLY FLAMED when asking questions without searching...

I wonna do a final attempt to make FM radio a reality on Kaiser.
I need help for this, I need:
1. someone with a Kaiser *and* a Polaris who has some basic knowhow
2. the FM tuner distro (.cab or whatever)
Here is the plan: we are going to change a NV item on the Kaiser and set it to the value as found on the Polaris. In order to read NV items on Polaris we need to flash a HardSPL on it. For that purpose I can quickly produce a JumpSPL and a HardSPL and of course need someone with some knowhow and guts to flash it on the Polaris.
If you are interested let me know.
I have a Kaiser and would love to see FM working on it. Unfortunately I don't have a Polaris (well, if I did, I wouldn't be interested in seeing this working on the kaiser, would I and I have no experience of flashing ...

Just a quick note:
I've noticed second coaxial connector on my Kaiser 130 - just next to the external GPS one. You can find it when you'll remove the back cover.
Maybe it has something to do with radio doing scanning but not finding any stations.
I do realize that (if it is what I think it may be) placing additional antenna connector for the radio there can be awkward since you can use headphones cord...
Anyway, just a note.
dutty was testing it havent seen him putting it forward yet so aguess there is a little problem somwhere along the line.
