I have use [XOOM][Wingray][STOCK]An easy way to return your XOOM to its *original* state but, at least step, i had push down bottom.. so i dont know if my wingray has bootloader locked or unlocked... can anybody help me??

LOCKING BOOT LOADER
You need ADB so follow these steps.
To lock your boot loader you definitely need to have a proper connection between your device and computer.
To re lock your boot loader you need to:
1. Turn off your device
2. Hold your volume down button and press the power button. (KEEP HOLDING YOUR VOLUME DOWN BUTTON) You will see a white screen with fastboot written on it.
3. Navigate with your volume up or down to fastboot and press the power button to select it.
4. Connect your device with your computer,
5. Open the terminal in your computer and type in 'adb devices',
6. Type in 'fastboot oem lock' without quotes and your device is locked again, you will see relocked.
but i don't know the status of my bootloader.. if i have bootloader unlocked, i can re-use the zip to back to stock, that it includes relock bootloader
and if i have bootloader locked, i will unlock it
how i can know if it is unlocked or locked? thanks!

You could try flashing a custom recovery to it. If it works, then your bootloader is unlocked.

Only try to flash a custom recovery. If it works, you have unlocked bootloader.
Remember that locking back your bootloader can brick your tablet, and that locked bootloader is not needed for the updates.
I unlocked twice my unlocked bootloader and notting happened, it said "it's already unlocked" or something similar, but do at your own risk.
i dont flash a recovery yet but.. i can enter to android system recovery <3e>
does this mean that i have bootloader unlocked?

Hello I currently have a HTC Sensation XE (HBoot 1.29) and I tried to unlock my bootloader, with HTCDev. But when I get to step 13 it says press yes to unlock the bootloader and no to reboot device, when I press yes (with volume and power button) nothing happens, although if I press no it reboots and resets my phone to factory settings, whiping every app with it...
My power button is completely dead. I can neither switch off or switch on phone nor can i out it to sleep widout third party app.
I need to unlock bootloader and root phone but all methods need a working power button.. Any way i can do this widout power button jus by using pc and command window ?

U need To have the adb driver installed and fully working and the debug USB on.
Shutdown the phone by typing in the cmd "adb shell reboot -p"
When your device is off you now can keep pressing vol+ and vol- and plug a USB charger keep pressing the buttons until the fastboot menu starts; now u can use fastboot commands To unlock the bootloader. When the phone reboot it self you need To go to developer options and re-activate the debug USB; don't let the screen turn off cause if this happened your devices is died.
Now restart the procedure and re-enter the fastboot menu.
By typing "fastboot reboot recovery " you will have the access To the recovery and u can flash the super su module

I normally don't suggest anything but fastboot however if you aren't concerned about issues and bootloops with modifying your phone... Check out towelroot. You should be able to root without unlocking your bootloader and you can use adb on your PC to reboot. After root use terminal emulator on your device for reboots if needed.

Thanks but i want to unlock bootloader so that i can flash custom roms. And with this dead power button em really not able to unlock the boot loader. Towelroot as u correctly said has many issues. Any way i can unlock bootloader widout use of power button

Root with towelroot as previously suggested. Then get bootunlocker from the play store.

so for starts i have unlock my bootloader before but after som problems i re install the stock rom and it kind locked my bootloader

For me i clicked download, unlock bootloader sign in again and click on unlock bootloader again and it worked.

omg i am an idoit i have just re inlogg after i press unlockbootloader
I want to unlock bootloader honor x8 when i type comand fastboot flashing unlock its show massage if yes unlock or no don't unlock when i press ok unlock the phone format directly and bootloader still locked any one help if you know how to unlock bootloader thanks
