Mute certain apps

Is there a method to mute only some apps without muting the whole sound of the phone? Some of my apps doesn't have the setting for that. I'm on 4.4 GE.

If you are rooted , then try 'Lucky Patcher' to change app's component accesses...

Omnirom a caf rom?

Is omnirom using caf patches in new nightlies? So that i can use chaos kernel for example thank very much

Doubt it. only cm is doing CAF and if there's one thing omni don't want to be, its cm

Do you want to flash MM based ROM now?
If need nougat based fully functional rom then go with elite, if you can bear slight glitch then Oct N rom

All ROM will have the same smoothness.
