smartphone hw/spcseas and no persian language to setting language , change region to middle east and install middle east rom (b561) ,so add persian language

After changing area with oeminfo honor 6 the Middle East, I can not change the font in the theme manager

i dont remember the original version but it was vodafone branded
so does anyone knows what do i have to do step by step to get eu version?
