My G955FD is receiving low signal over pgsm 900mhz frequency compare to other phones in the area... Anyone having smiliar issue?

hi .my signal strength is continuously fluctuating and seem to get only 2g speeds on 3g.
I am on hybrid galaxy ROM.4.2.2
Am having poor 2g reception 3g and 4g are better.
It works but too low signal...
Every other band is working 2100 1800
So what's the problem?
I own an h830 and has poor LTE signal compared to other phones. Is this a common issue with this phone?
Also when it finds a LTE signal it usually is about -100 so it switches back to 3g within seconds
i got an anoying issue. i get around 100 dbm of 4g network but the speeds i surf are high.
but my phone for some reason keeps dropping the network to H+.
the speeds sucks there and if i force lte i cant take out any calls.
any one got a fix maybe?
