To do these your device will need to be rooted, you can find a guide to do this here.
once you have your device rooted:
In order to remove all the apps you do not want, you can either use Titanium Backup to freeze the apps you do not want, so they cannot run and are hidden or just outright uninstall.
To change the logo at the beginning you can follow this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2063280 guide to changing your boot animation,

Galaxy s7 freezing

Hey guys, when the nougat was online, i flashed the btu version on my phone, i had some issues with it so i downgraded to MM but since then some apps such as: Samsung Members, Samsung Pay won't uninstall and the phone freezing alot and sometimes it gets extremly hot ( i can't even touch it ). and disabling app drawer option isn't availble anymore.
my question is how to get rid of these apps and restore my phone as i got it the first time ?
Flash Marshmallow again with ODIN, but use CSC instead of HOME_CSC, that will restore the phone to factory settings

Samsung Galaxy Unlocked CSC Problem. Please help.

I have an issue where I just purchased Samsung Galaxy S8 plus unlocked SM-G955U. There is a Verizon boot logo when it starts up, and the Verizon bloatware apps cannot be removed and the phone refuses to update to Android 8.0 or the current Samsung Experience software. I was hoping to flash the software to the G955U1 firmware.
I have installed Odin and tried everything. When I run the software it closes the window and my phone reboots with no change.
I am at a loss. I just want to update my phone and remove the HORRIBLE Verizon trash apps.

Verizon R16NW.G935VVRUACSF2

Hi!
I have rooted many phones in the past and installed custom roms.
However I am unable to figure this out after I moved to USA and got this Verizon phone which is super slow.
So I got this firmware R16NW.G935VVRUACSF2 it's running on S7 edge with Android 8.0.0
Can I root, install custom ROMS, remove all bloatware or install some slim ROMs on this?
Or do I have to live with this junk phone as is?
Thanks!

Debloating Verizon Galaxy Note S5 with ADB

It appears there is no way to unlock bootloader and root Verizon Galaxy Note 5 that is already updated to the latest Nougat ROM. Many say that that you can still debloat an unrooted phone with ADB. I want to try that with Verizon Galaxy S5 because it is heavily bloated. Has anyone done that? How do you get a list of all packages and what commands do you use to uninstall those packages? On rooted Android 10 phone with Magisk debloat module, commands are different, I am afraid to break Verizon Apps, but I only need one - voicemail. AFAIK, there is no way to use another voicemail client with Verizon. I also wish I could replace Samsung/Galaxy Dialer with Google stock Phone. I also wonder if it is possible to remove Samsung KNOX. It is supposed to be a security feature.
