Currently known issues and their fixes:
ERROR 7 while flashing in TWRP
- Check if you have flashed the latest TWRP! Get it at the Downloads section.
SDCard is not writeable
- Should be fixed, needs testing.

Reserved #2

So far so good. Here's what I noticed so far -
Boot animation is too big, (I don't care about it, just reporting).
My TWRP worked fine to flash ROM and Magisk, but failed to flash other zips after ROM was booted, (error 255). I was using Russel's 3.1.1-0 fota. After switching to TWRP in first post, all flashing is fine.
Thanks...

Thanks for your work. Is it based on LOS or Carbon? How about camera? And call quality. I'm on lastest carbon build and call quality is not so good.

Try it and report
It should be the same, using almost the same trees, except some minor fixes.

We are fixing it. Some problem seems to be remaining for not f2fs externalsd.

Working so good so far. But there was turn on/off mobile data with one tap option in settings, can you add it in next update?

I forgot to say, there's no messaging app so you have to download a third party application.

Anyone else used systemui tuner to add navigation keys? I set dpad arrows on the ends, but they disappeared on reboot. I prefer scrolling navbar mod by ticklefish, since I use dpad a lot, and I don't like to take up space on navbar, but just wondering if it's a bug or just me... I did try Gravity Box N, and won't boot...

Doing exactly the same with dpad arrows - on Carbon Rom. They disappear on reboot. I have to change a single thing in these specific settings (called "Buttons" in "CarbonFibers") so they reappear. That bug seems common.

I just rolled with it for a time, and realized that they reappeared eventually, (maybe after systemui restart or something). Anyway, the function was still there, but the buttons were invisible. No biggie..
BTW - scrolling navbar mod won't work, (systemui crash). Not sure why. Going to keep messing with it...

Cool! So both Xposed and GravityBox are working on OmniROM?
Which Xposed release did you install? Please give some further infos, also about the Xposedbridge file.

Hi
The app manager is on The Menu button ( left one, long press)
This is The normal key layout for ColorOS.
Regards
Thanks! Is there a way to change the button? And is there an option to activate the vibration when i press one of the phisycal buttons?
video review HD:
camera issues
Hi
Some friends of mine, reported that both The Panorama/HD modes are buggy.
This is related with OPPO's camera APP, i'll change that on next build and im also improving camera configs.
In The mean time, you can download, from The Play any other camera APP, in case you need HD/Panorama modes.
Thanks for reporting it back, feedback is important.
Regards
Did u use the kernel you released at the perfromace Kernel thread? Are you able to use stock darkmoon camera apk and music apk?
It looks very nice overall working, but seems some stuff not properly working:
- cannot change to custom ringtones, can find all custom ringtones in correct folder, but if I select them nothing is saved.
- touch hardware keys don't have vibrate feedback (cant find option to change it either)

dont forget is 1 build, so it takes a while until developer fix all bugs..also dont forget that the rom may not have some stock default features and have additional features that stock doesnt have..touch hardware keys doesnt vibrate on wiko rainbow also, but it light up as you see on the video review..ringtones you have a option to choose from sd card..anyways all feedback is appreciated..

Yes all that is correct, but unfortunably, choosing from sd card, or using 3rd party apps to use ringtones located in sd wont work at all. I can list all ringtones, I select I can preview them and save selection. But unfortunably it allways returns to "Colorful day" ringtone not keeping saved selection.
I'll be waiting for next updates.
Flashed and tested a few hours. Looks nice, but unfortunalellt no customization with Gravitybox. I miss feedback of the Bottom-buttons too.
Performance seems to be the same as stock. Short hangs when all my apps where installed, .... could be better.
I'm looking forward to test new releases.

Hi
My custom kernel is compatible with ColorOs, however , you'll need to change kernel rmdisk, becouse ColorOS uses its own Ramdisk...
Next rom update, will take some time...
.... Currently working on KK
Expect the first KK Beta very soon
Xeers
Which Lockscreen app have you used?
Thanks...
Awesome ROM.... I really appreciate your hard work.. Thank you so much @superdragonpt ... :fingers-crossed:

INSTRUCTIONS
First time installing RR to your Redmi Note 3 or coming from another ROM:
Make sure you have unlocked your bootloader
Flash a custom recovery via SP Flashtool (any other installing methods will do, just make sure you have TWRP recovery installed)
Push GApps (arm64) and the RR zip to your device
Boot into Recovery
Do all wipes (dalvik cache, cache, system, data)
Flash the RR zip from SD card
Flash GApps for Lollipop from SD card
Reboot (be patient, "optimizing apps" takes a while)
Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
DON`T WORKS:
4G works only on SIM1, for SIM2 is available only 2G
Goodix fingerprint sensor

Yeah, webview is already included to this build...
Installed this earlier today, everything seems to be fine!
Battery life seems to be fair, 2h SOT and 60% battery left right now.
Have been playing around alot.
Thanks alot for this Sicmosh!
Thanks for the rom . Installed 2 days ago. ROM is fast but it has some small lags . battery is really good under WiFi but under 3/4g it drains a bit to much . in conclusion a good ROM
3.5 hours of screen on and 30% left without gaming. YouTube , google and social

Is it just me, or does RR consume a lot more battery than CM does?

In my phone it's consuming less than Cyanogen did for the last two months. However, I was using my own compiled ROM so maybe was because of that.

Well, I'm still ending my days on 40%+, however CM got me 60%+ at the end of the day. Doesn't matter that much.
I have two questions though about RR:
1. Is there any way to get the weather and outside temperature on the top of the quick settings bar (just like in CM), and
2. Is there any way to be able to access quick settings from the lock screen?

1. It's not working for me on RR (maybe we need to reboot in order the changes can get applied) neither in Cyanogen
2. Yeah, it's easy you have to open Settings > Configurations > Notification area > Check the third option
PD: for getting access to quick settings in lockscreen you have to open Settings > Configurations > Status bar > Now scroll down and under "Status bar security" you have what you were looking for. The other step I have written before it's for being able to access sensible tiles.

I seem to be running into some fingerprint issues with this ROM. First boot I was able to add some fingerprints, now when I want to add some new ones it just flat out crashes.
Also unable to unlock the phone, but it does appear that the fingerprint app "forgot" the fingerprints, I think the latter causes the former. And no, I'm quite confident I don't have the goodix sensor, my phone is over a year old.
Probably going to stick with blisspop in the meantime, that's what backups are for, right?
Gut feeling tells me I poked something in the settings that blew the fingerprint functionality up.

Same as other rom
Hey so I just clean flashed(wiped data, cache/dalvik, vendor and system) this ROM over Lineage OS 15.1 but I forgot to remove the lockscreen password and after I flashed it showed decryption unsuccesful error and booted back to twrp. I again installed Lineage OS, then set it up... this time removed any password. and then when I tried flashing this ROM I got same error again after the bootup. Is there anything I'm missing?
Great ROM!.. at a very first glance... in a first five seconds...
Then it always reboots into recovery mode spontaneously. I'm even haven't enough time to input my SIM PIN.

SElinux controls interaction between the Kernel and Hardware.
Permissive allows any interaction, Enforcing restricts to interactions that are allowed by Sepolicy.
But don't worry, will not do difference for now.

Is screen casting working? Is it possible for you to look into it?
This is what RescueParty does.
Whenever a system app crashes more than 5 times in 30 seconds, phone gets to recovery mode to rescue you out of the situation.
Take an adb logcat to see what's crashing.

You are Encrypted.
Follow these steps to Decrypt:
'Format Data' instead of 'Wipe' > Enter yes and you are done.
This will wipe your internal. So make sure you backup over external.
Clean Flash and you are good to go

Ok. Will do that. But tell me if there's anything not working in this ROM? I'm using Lineage OS 15.1 and it's very stable.
Will this ROM be that stable?
And I'm very exhausted everytime I change ROMs because everytime I have to install all my apps and set it up. Is there any solution to this?

Simple answer to that is No. I haven't used this specific rom but pie roms in general are working ok. There may be an issue here and there, but its difficult to generalize the extent to which it will mar your experience. The degree of tolerance to such issues varies by user and hence its best to wait some more time before changing over completely.

It feels nice and smooth. I only found a little visual bugs such as:

-The battery icon (Android Q) in the Resurrection Remix settings
I'll keep an eye, nothing more so far. Thanks for the rom

Just another thing: the volume panel. I don't know if it's a visual bug or it's just me, but the accent color doesn't match, it seems to be less darker than the accent color. Also, when you're changing some Resurrection Remix settings, specifically the volume panel, if you check again to show the ring volume, it duplicate the ring volume in the panel.
Other than that, I played some games, it's working perfect. The ambient display it's a big plus for this rom.

Hey I've been using this ROM as a daily driver for some time now, so far its been good.
I noticed that in the quick settings, GPS is stuck in "sensor only" on a fresh flash.
NFC won't work until I leave the option enabled for the next reboot, my variant is a j4+ GN.

(Right now, I'm stuck in "Restarting system..."
I tried holding the power button for a minute but nothing happens. My battery is at 70% at the moment and I think I'm going do drain it by leaving the screen on.)

Hey, this is because the kernel is permissive and no enforcing. Warranty bit is because you doesn't have stock rom (also knox is tripped so if you flash stock rom you can't use secure folder and Samsung health).
please share screenshot from memory usage...
