Dark Knight game

Has anyone downloaded the Dark Knight game in Asus Transformer Prime or anything similar? Is it worth getting on a tablet yet? Thanks
?

Any First Person shooters that have controller support on Prime [ICS]

I know Dead Trigger does, but I'm kinda hoping that I can find a game with multiplayer
I'm going to look around and research a bit more. I am looking for something that is a good shooter, not necessarily great graphics wise, although I'd like to have the graphics that dead trigger has.
Beggars can't be choosers, I suppose.
Btw, I'm using a Sixaxis PS3 controller, I have yet to have any problems with my Prime on ICS. Beautiful tablet. Could never go back to an iPad.

Honestly, if I didn't run out of credit, I'd probably try out modern combat.
CS portable is an incredible game. Controller works flawlessly with it.
I really can't believe that dev released it as a free game.
Unreal.
Thanks for recommending CS Portable mrevankyle

CS portable has some graphics options as well you can max them out without issue and still get 60+fps with about 10 bots

Gaming on Surface

I'm curious.. Will there be any potential for the Surface to run full fledged PC games? For example, on the PRO version could we install say the PC version of Fifa '13 and expect it to run and for it to be playable based on current specs?

Apparently the full pc implementation of unreal engine 3 on metro (so cross arm and x86) is being worked on, Saw a video of the engine rendering at around 45fps on an arm tablet with windows 8 (think nvidia was working on it so tegra chip set).

I would say this is a yes no situation. On the pro think of it like running games on an ultrabook as that's what they really will be. The processor and mem and ssd are all good enough but none really have the graphics power that you need to run full pledged games at decent settings. You will be able to load them up and play but you will have to turn all the settings down to the min. That said there is no reason not to expect gaming windows 8 devices just don't expect them to be skinny (Think alienware etc) as they will need the extra cooling. Rule of thumb is if it runs on your normal non gaming laptop then it should be fine but don't expect to play crisis in high settings.
The atom is not an really a hardcore gaming cpu if you ask me.

I am hoping someone (like Sony) makes a dock fo a keyboard and port multiplier that also includes a GPU, like the Vaio Ultravool now that has an NVIDIA optimus in the dock for optical drie and GPU. Then it will be a mobile computer fr quick browsing then ready to get down and dirty for gaming! :: crosses fingers ::

If you can play it on an ultrabook, you surely can play it on surface pro. Surface pro has ultrabook specs

As the Surface is reported to have an Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge processor, it will most likely have the Intel HD4000 integrated graphics chip.
This is powerful enough to play games such as Minecraft, Crysis, and Battlefield (all low settings)
:good::laugh:
Surface can't play battlefield!!

I wish they had a video card upgrade, with an i5 Ivy that's so weird they'd skimp on the GPU

not sure if you're serious. we don't even know if the S.Pro has a fan at all for cooling or if it's passive, either way a discreet GPU would really heat up the device and force a need for a fan.

Games

Please recommend some good games that you played on are sensations
thx
Arcane legends, dead trigger, moder combat from the 2 to the last, real racing, and a lot more, try gameloft games...

[Q] gaming performance

Planning to buy a new tablet and the tf300t is on my short list.
With the latest updates, how is it working? Can all the latest, most demanding, 3D games be run flawlessly?
Tegra games run well for the most part.
Gameloft games are a really mixed bag. Bad performance on some, low graphics on others.
I wouldn't say every game can be run flawlessly at all, however, that said, I don't do an awful lot of gaming on android so I could be wrong

I haven't seen any issues running need for speed most wanted on the stock kernel however I am running cromi 3.2 but it shouldn't be that different from the Asus latest update.

Im on cromi with data2sd and have a good collection of games. Everything i have thrown at it runs flawlessly especially with overclocks. I hear gtavice is a problem though.
I play allot of games on my tf300... I can say most tegra games run perfectly... Only Shadowgun dead zone have some graphical hiccups.... Gameloft games run really bad,.... It's not the tablet fault, its because Gameloft refuses to optimize its game for Tegra.. I give an example, when I run wild blood or modern combat 3 on Samsung galaxy tab 7.7 which has dual core processor and quad core graphics has better graphics and run more smoothly and loads faster compared to my tf300 which has quad core CPU and 12CORE GPU... Can you believe Gameloft? Benchmark results proved that tf300 has better performance compared to the tab 7.7.
