My situation is when my 586w is paired with the car stereo (Dual XHD 7714), whenever I turn off the car engine in music streaming mode, the music playing will then switch to the phone. However if I press the pause key on the head unit before I turn off the engine, the music playing will then pause accordingly.
That's kind of annoying because I have to manually pause the music on the phone if I forget pressing a key on the head unit first before I shut the car engine down.
I've tried flashing the 6.1 & 6.5 rom from guohuageng & Gregorys but both gave me the same result.
I've also tried paring the bluetooth stereo headset to the phone and also gave me the same result.
At last I tried to connect the iphone and a sony ericsson phone with the car stereo and both devices pause the music beautifully when I turn off the car engine in the music streaming mode.
I've search through the forum and it seems no one mentions there is a problem here.
It seems to me that it is the rom problem. Do I have to registry edit or switch to another rom to solve the problem? Any help would be appreciated.
oh well, What I understand,
You want to make phone pause the music accordingly when u turn off the engine (while not pressing the pbutton on headset)
This isnt rom's problem, tis kinda problem exists with every rom coz u havent pressed any pause key on phone rather on headset. (just like in case of wired headset where if u disconnect ur wired headset and didnt pause, ur music will shift to phone speaker)
The same characteristic applies to A2DP as well
Well, it's strange. I've already tested the iphone 3G and sony ericsson phone paired with the car stereo, both phones would pause the music when I turn off the engine. But it is true that I haven't tested the other A2DP devices with those phone. Let me tested them out in the weekend and see what's happen. Thanks for your reply.
I've been having an issue with the media audio streaming to Bluetooth on the Blaze, which I did not have on my previous phone (Optimus). I pair with a Soundfly View in my car, and use the app BeyondPod to listed to podcasts. On a "fresh" Blaze, the audio will begin to play/stream for a split second, and then stop (though the podcast will continue to "play" or advance on the phone). I can occasionally get it to do it again by clicking play, but never for more than that split second.
Through experimenting, I noticed that phone audio seems to be fine, as well as audio on the Music player. What I've found, consistently, when this happens, if I start the Music player, start playing some audio then pause it, then go back to BeyondPod, it streams fine. At least for a time, though I've yet to figure out exactly what "resets" this workaround. But when I'm unable to play, I have to redo this Music player trick to play the podcasts.
Any clue what is going on here, and any permanent fix?
Bluetooth streaming... I have been doing this for a few years using a slightly different method that I'll share here in hopes it might help. I know this is kinda unrelated to your app, but this might be a fix.
Connect any bluetooth headset (I use my PS3 headset)
Download an app called BTmono (its free and a very simple interface, on/off)
Press the on button
Now any sound you would of heard out of your phone speaker you hear on your headset. This lets you listen to music, audio books, videos, or whatever on your headset. When you are tired of it, make sure to press the off button on BTmono to go back to normal. Hopefully this will help or at least provide a temp fix for now. My boss just thinks I like to wear mine all the time, he has no clue I am jamming dubstep and listening to audio books all night
Well, even should that work, it's really the same solution...using another app to force the streaming which should be happening automatically if you're connected with the right BT profile.
I did forget to mention that I do use A2DP volume, which launches an app (BeyondPod) and adjusts the volume when BT is connected. I also used it on my old phone, so I doubt it's related, but...
Nobody else has any problems with Bluetooth from other apps? It's just me???
I just got my OnePlus One and I love it so far....except for one thing.
I loaded up my songs on Google Play Music and stream it to my car via bluetooth. There is this annoying buzz getting broadcast with my song whenever there is powerful, low bass. This does not happen on my Verizon Samsung S4. The buzz is not present with headphones. I have to test this out on another bluetooth speaker. AudioFX is disabled for bluetooth.
I already tried: redownloading my songs on Google Play Music, rebooting my phone, and repairing my phone to my car.
I have a clip of the buzz http://youtu.be/KrmaiMO3TH8
Hello everybody, is there any other way that I can listen to music with headphone plugged in as well as using the phone speaker to play out the music?
PS I'm a pubg mobile game streamer so previously I used an app called soundabout (not supported in android 8.0 now)to do this job so tat my PC microphone is able to capture the game sound from phone speaker. I have tried to transmit the phones audio through Bluetooth 4.0 but there is audio latency which disturb me a lot.. Is there any idea or any application which can let oneplus6 play music through headphone together with phone speaker? Thanks and appreciated...sorry for my bad English
Hi,
i use my Xperia Z3 with my car hifi and with my bluetooth headphones when do sport. sometimes when i paused the playback i can't restart the playback. i have to unlock the phone and restart it directly in the player. mostly i hear podcasts with antennapod and music with the internal music app.
i'm on android 6.0.1, the device is rooted. i couldn't find any regularity for the problems. this happens when i start the player manually and when tasker starts teh player when the device is connected to bluetoth in my car.
any idea?
