Why in my Nexus 6p when i have installed android 8 (O) the wpa_supplicant file (/data/misc/wifi/) doesn't contain any passwords?

I had a problem with the new firefox browser for my android - actual HTC Desire - it couldn't be installed via market. So i thought about changing the name of the device but nah! It's much easier:

Its not my work at all.

Operaton 293-70 change name from Tusmobil to Telemach
Now all devices showing Tusmobil

On my Huawei P30 I solved this by downgrading to OS9.1 , but it sucks that I have to stay on that version only for this
