Since my S3 Neo broke, I switched to Core 2 as backup and I was tweaking and modifying the files.
I found a way to enable the dynamic status bar.
- Prequisites -
~Xposed Framework
~Perfect Color bars (Kitkat edition)
- Method -
Ensure that you device is rooted and Xposed framework is active. Download V2.6.1
You can get Xposed for Kitkat here - Xposed for kitkat
Now download the Perfect color bar(KK edition module)
Get it here - Perfect Color Bar KK
Install the module and activate the module. Reboot your device!
Now you have dynamic status bar.

if u r rooted install xposed framework and the module gravitybox it has a ton of customization options or the module tinted statusbar
I have both.
But.. Gravity box allows me to show certain particular icons.
Tinted status bar changes the background color...
What I'm looking for is an xposed module or an app that changes the icons. From Jelly Bean style to Lollipop style
I found "xposed statusbar mods" but nothing about a compatible android L icon pack

Today I'll show you how to have the samsung Galaxy S5 Notification panel on our Galaxy S2 plus GT-I9105/I9105P . As we all know all the header notification of all the moded systemUI.apk of our galaxy s2 Plus don't look the same as the header notification of the galaxy S5 . In this forum I'll show you how to have the same one as the galaxy s5 .

Installation Guide :
- First you'll have to copy this systemUI.APK to the folder app/system, Here's the link : http://www.mediafire.com/?4s7b7c0gc94g5s3
Your phone will automatically reboot
- Then you'll need to install Xposed installer -> active it then reboot your phone . Here's the link : http://dl.xposed.info/modules/de.robv.android.xposed.installer_v33_36570c.apk
-After that you'll need to install XBlast tools then active it with Xposed installer then reboot . Here's the link :

- Finally open XBlast tools and go to Notification Panel -> Notification Header -> Enable Notification Header -> Notification Header colot -> Tap in colot hex : #ff006578 .

This module will make several mods to make your Android look like Lollipop:

- Flat Style Colored Bars Xposed module (Only for Android 4.3 and newer)
This module will change your navbar and statusbar to Lollipop style
- Tinted Status Bar Xposed Module (Only for Android 4.1 and newer)
This module will change your statusbar to Lollipop style

I used this module to make settings look more like Lollipop.
Go to the module's settings and select "settings" and then change theme to "Light with Dark Actionbar". Then you need to reboot.

With this app you can change your recent apps menu to Lollipop style

This shows incoming calls like Lollipop does

You can do lots of things with GravityBox but I only used it to tweak notification drawer to white (it looks more like Lollipop style)

To get Android L statusbar tinting: go to FlatStyle Colored Bars and buy premium features (recommended). Go to "Status Bar" and choose overlay style: Android L. In case of "Navigation Bar" choose transparent style.
To get transparent statusbar in launcher and lockscreen: go to "Config buttons", enable "Show" (keep it on how long you want) then go to launcher and click on the white button from top left screen and choose first button then set opacity to 0%. Do the same while you are in lockscreen. And done!

Uninstall FlatStyle Colored Bars and flash this experimental update to v3.0.
Minuses: -you can see the darker overlay in launcher and in Google Search app there is no gradient
To activate: just go to Settings > Display and down you will find Dynamic Statusbar settings
