Is there any stock firmware ICS for WT19i? I only found 4.1.B.0.431 Generic... And i guess I wont be able to get upates from Sony with this firmware?

So i've been running MIUI on my Xperia Z3, However i kind of want the Sony features back + The Stock Android UI look / Android 5+, However before i flash 23.4.A.1.200 onto my device, can i Root my Xperia Z3 with the firmware 23.4.A.1.200? whether it's with Kingroot?
