[Q] 3G very slow after update

Hi everyone, this is my first thread, I tried looking for the problem but was not able to find any information about it. I have updated the firmware on my I9003 from KIES the latest firmware is:
PDA: I9003DDLF2
Phone: I9003DDLE1
CSC: I9003ODDLF2
Firmware version: 2.3.6
Baseband: I9003DDLE1
Kernel: 2.6.35.7-CL1153545 [email protected]#1
Build Number: GINGERBREAD.DDLF2
now after the update I am getting about 70 Kbps download speed on my phone, I am able to get close to 390Kbps upload speed, before the update I could easily clock 2-3 Mbps on the same phone. Can you please let me know what I can do to fix the problem. My phone is not rooted and I have always used official ROM.
I have contacted my service provider, they are looking into it but I have a feeling it is something to do with the update because I have never had issue with this provider and it has always good speeds on 3G.

You might want to check the network settings. I think there is an option to use only 2g. Maybe that could be the issue. Do you get the "H" symbol when using packet data ? The H symbol is present on the left of the mobile signal indicator.

Hi Thanks for the reply, but I have checked the network settings, I have been using 3G since 2005, I have tried all the network settings and even created new APN setting for Airtel, still the problem is same.

Hi Friends,
My Samsung Galaxy S2 (I9100G) has a strange network issue. My phone suddenly becomes unreachable and network does not reconnect automatically but it shows full signal bars on the display. After y call or sms then only it works. It happens many time in a day.
My phone has offical 4.0.3 without any customization done on it. I installed ICS ,JB (4.1.2)also but facing same issue.

I guess you gotta redownload and reflash another stock ROM via Odin (your region) from sammobile...

i already tried the ICS 2.3.6,4.0.3,4.0.4,4.1.2 from sammobile and the same result

I think your problems source is your firmware. I have same problem in my phone and source is firmware.

y did not find any rom for SII GT-19100G from vodafone romania...

Might be you Baseband/modem.
If you installed JB 4.1.2 over 4.0.3 I think your modem may have remained the same.
Try this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2106424 if you phone is not rooted.

[Q] S Duos 2 (S7582) Network Problem after Update

Hii All,
I am from India and my problem is that I have updated my Mobile Samsung S DUOS 2 (S7582) and after that I am facing the network problem like Signals are Good but Sim Card showing “Emergency Calls Only” and it’s happen each n every time after few minutes….
Network problem is just like come n go means fluctuating continuously….So is there any solution so I can downgrade my Mobile firmware as in Old Firmware Network was working good, there was no any problem..but after update its very hectic now for me….
I request you to please provide me the Original Firmware for my mobile and O-Din for the same I can flash my mobile with Old Firmware.
Is it possible that Can I install 4.1.2 in my S Duos 2 (S7582)..Please advise…

Yeah, get your previous working firmware from SamMobile. Odin is available too, if you Google it.

Q/A Codes not working on I535 Verizon

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 Verizon and was testing it.
Then I realized not a single hidden/Secret Code like : *#0# , *#06# , *#*#4636*#*# are working all.
Then I downloaded Anycut.apk to open "Testing mode" with a shortcut but it's not working too. It's showing "Application Not Installed"
Any Help????

I've been seeing this a lot. They were more than likely disabled by Samsung as they were codes for technicians not for the general public
I was able to bring up one code, *#06# which shows you your IMEI, however the other two don't work. I'm not on a locked bootloader. I tried the 4636 on my Nexus and S3 and it pulls up the testing screen on both phones

Not sure. It might because it was disabled at some point via the OTA updates

[Completed] ZTE A460 no network service or data

Hello all,
I am new to the forums and threads o please bare with me.
*Issue-no network service and no network data. I live in Mexico and use Telcel as the carrier. The ROM (below) I used which by the way works very smooth and fast however I have been unsuccessful in finding why it does not give me service. I'm baffled. I followed all the steps installing the Rom to a clean device. I added the devices info below and if I missed something please let me know.
** The device has LTE, (recommended), 3g and 2g. The LTE is selected however does not let me change it at all. The APN's have the correct settings for Telcel however its like if it didnt. Network operators is blank and when I choose automatically it states ( Can't connect to this network right now. Try again later.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.....

I personally haven`t found any cyanogenmode 13.0 available for your device here on xda , you maybe have downloaded from a different website so please refer to that particular one in order to fix the issue , only its developer knows what`s wrong and also other users
Alternatively you can flash back the stock rom in order to restore the functionality
