Using a tempered glass screensaver on this phone, the edges wont adhere and it just looks dumb.
So I went looking for a good vinyl one without breaking the bank.
Cheapest heal-able one I found is on eBay.

Your ebay link shows $7.85. On the Skinomi website it's $7.85 as well, but you can get 25% off with the free shipping.
Well turns out this isn't a good option if you are using a viva America case because the case pushes the corners loose.
Should have kept the Tempered glass one on it.

I'm not currently using a case on my phone (it's a shame to cover up such a nice aluminum phone with plastic IMO). I have two different cases sitting in a drawer in case I ever change my mind, but for now I'm rocking the phone naked. The Spigen tempered glass protector I'm using has rounded corners, so it's not bad to use without a case.
Good to know
Thanks for clearing it up because i thought all glass protector are made the same way. I got one from Verizon on my S4 and the edges were ruff and annoying as hell. I guess i get her the Spigen Glass for her. Thanks :victory:

There are cheaper options out there. The Spigen protector is nice, but it's expensive. You can check this thread for more options if you would like.

Once you go glass, you don't go back . I just ordered a couple cheap no brand name China made tempered glass protectors from ebay for like $7 shipped! This way if i installed one poorly (since you only get literally one chance to get it right with glass vs. plastic!) then i have a backup to install. I can say this $7 tempered glass is amazing though! Perfect quality i would say to anyone else, only thing is the edges are not round so it's like square if that makes sense?
Even the big name brands though have square edges so....

dont buy the glass protectors from verizon. Not only did they recall them but the one they have is a cheap version that cracked when i put it on.. I went high end and brought 2. One from tempered armor and the other from bodyguardz, worlds of difference.
I use something similar to liquipel. It's a liquid you put on your screen that crystallizes and won't let the screen scratch. It really works!!! It's from the dude who makes flash flood, in England. Expensive, but there isn't anything I've found like it that is genuinely worth the money and legit.

Is the speaker covered as well? But I'll look at this and if this will work on mine, definitely, I will get it too.
I bought the Nilkin tempered glass protector mainly for the camera protectors it comes with. Wasn't even really planning on using the screen protector as I can't stand the inevitable flake of dust that gets stuck underneath during the install but decided to give it a shot anyway.
They give you lots of tools to ensure a great install, like a moist cleaning wipe and a dry one, microfiber cloth and a sticky piece of plastic to pick up dust. So for once the install was PERFECT and I'm actually loving the protector a great deal. Still offers the same feel it had naked while offering a great level of protection. My one complaint is that the original screen offered a better fingerprint coating than the protector does, but it still does a good job.

Does any company make a glass screen protector for the back of the S6? I have one that I use for the front
Nillkin does

Let me know how it turns out for you? I ordered one and tried it and threw it away about 30 seconds after I put it on! It wasn't the Nillkin but it was one of the cheaper ones from China. It just would not stay down because the back is not flat like you would think it would be.
Finally got it today in the mail.
It is a little smaller than the plastic ones that come with the glass protectors (at least the ones I got) and there is some halo, mostly on top.
The thickness didn't interfere with my case (tech21) but overall it is ok if using a case or bumper. It might look weird if using it "naked".
I will post pictures tomorrow.
The tempered film will come all the same. So I think you can take one with a reasonable price. Then it is ok.
At this point, I've tried three different glass screen protectors for the G5. I've tried a Pleson screen protector, an iCarez, and a SuperShieldz. All three of them didn't adhere and I had to through them away.
Am I the only one with this problem? I mean, there has to be a way to protect the screen, but I'm just getting so frustrated. If you have the same problem, or if you found a solution, please let me know...
Thanks in advance, and sorry for the rant. I'm just getting annoyed with what should be a straightforward process.
I had the same issue with the Tech Armor (http://www.amazon.com/Tech-Armor-Ba...-1&keywords=lg+g5+screen+protector+tech+armor).
Ended up with an amfilm film protector. It actually sticks to the screen and works pretty well. http://www.amazon.com/Protector-amF...507712&sr=8-2&keywords=lg+g5+screen+protector
Still using it after about 2 weeks, and no problems have come up. Hope that helps
Same here! Ordered four different ones and got fed up. Now i am using IQ shield matte film and a million times better

GPEL has a model on pre-order right now for $25 ($30 msrp I guess). It appears to be made expressly contoured to fit the G5 properly, was a video on Reddit in the G5 sub showcasing it. Might be something. This is a gorilla glass phone like all the rest of them though so you'd have to really work at it to scratch it, screen protectors are not necessary.
I would hate to go back to film protectors because i've been using them for years, but I'm seeing a ton of negative thoughts about the glass versions for this phone. Might be a good idea to sacrifice the quality so the screen can be protected.
I just went to the Spigen films and it works well, smooth with no issues with installation

Not the only one, my PET screen protectors don't seem to stay adhered for more than a week. Kinda annoying. Checking Amazon reviews, there seems to be a lot of these issues.
If you like matte protectors like I do, this one has been great. I had to replace it when the spigen case (the one with the chin piece for easy battery removal) I was using peeled it back, but both installs have been flawless. I now use the thin fit spigen with 0 issues.

Very easy to install, you would never know it's on,it matches the phone perfectly. No bubbles what so ever,it does not mess with the quality of screen images or color. It fits over the curved edges nicely. It has a little bit of a lip towards the bottom,by the LG logo, but not a big deal. I'd highly recommend this to anyone wanting a tempered glass screen. G-Color did a very nice job with this. It also sticks to the edges, ive had no issues.

I have ordered OnePlus 6 today.. And waiting that would come tomorrow.. This time it's almost 95 percent glass so protector would be must need to keep the device mint, especially for the BACK!!
So Let me start of the thread for the OnePlus 6 Screen Protector.
I have ordered OnePlus 6 Full body screen protector from the Gadgetshieldz.
And I hope this time it's merely impossible to get the best TGP soon. Please let know your suggestions.
Finally got my Gadgetshieldz protectors and applied it. The protector is fitting well and all the holes are perfect. Important part is, its providing lot of grip to the OP6 which is very slippery without the protector. Might go for a Tempered Glass for the screen if I find a decent one but the back protector is a keeper. Take a look at the images of the protectors applied on my OP6. Can't go wrong with these for a low price.

Hmm, you may be right.
This is the one I bought:

And this was the bundle:
https://www.oneplus.com/uk/oneplus-6-total-protection-bundle
What is the difference between the protective case and the bumper?
I think bumper protects the screen better. But if you use a tempered glass you cannot use bumper as the covered lips of the bumper will damage the tempered glass.

Anyone had any experience with those nano liquid protections (ie: https://www.spigen.com/collections/oneplus/products/screen-protector-glas-tr-nano-liquid )?
I ordered the phone with the Nylon bumper case. I almost pulled the trigger on the tempered glass protector as well but I was worried it wouldn't fit with the bumper case and it appears I was right.
The great news is that this phone comes with a pre-applied plastic screen protector. So the screen will be protected right from the beginning. This will buy us time for the release of more tempered glass protectors that may fit with bulkier cases like the nylon bumper case.

With the ultimate bundle, you get the choice of bumper case and tempered glass. It wouldn't make sense to bundle them if they didn't work together, but who knows. The strange this is that the bundle that includes only a case and glass, doesn't offer a bumper case.
I have the bundled case and the sandstone. Both fit with the OnePlus tempered glass. I would guess the bumper does too having looked at it in the shop but not 100% as I didn't put it on.
Since they sell the bumper and the tempered glass together and there are no notes in the tempered glass that it does not work with the bumper case, i am really hoping that you can use the 2 together since that is what i bought. if they don't work together, i will have to send the bumper back.

I did not have experience with this particular brand but ordered from AliExpress for $3.50 each about six months ago for my Samsung Galaxy S8+. It's been six months w/o a screen protector and not a single scratch insight. I don't have the rough use of my phone but don't baby it either. Long and short of it is: This type of product MAY work and just to try it out, I would not spend $24. $4 and wait of 2 weeks should get you the same product at a much cheaper price to try. One question. Are you sure the official TGP includes a back protector?. In Spanish online store don`t say anything about this.

When you uncheck the body-protector, you pay 9.95$ instead of 11.95$ so pretty sure it does.

Don't say it has a back protector.

They have a glass protector on the Spigen site but it is like $34 but with prime you can get the case and screen protector combo for $17 on Amazon. I was just thinking about having extra cases more than I want. But at these prices the single protector isn't worth it.
