I use fakecursor as virtual mouse pointer, prolly Sphelper will be better.
Anyhow, I can access my Win XP desktop just fine. There's just a little prob with the keyboard which seems in permanent numlock state.
Is there a solution for that other than poking in the keyboard translation tables supplied with the .cab ?
Can you run any games off of that when you're in remote desktop, like say launch Counter Strike or something ? Theoretically it should be possible, right ?
Theoretically yes, but if you think you can actually play the game ("Remote Play") forget it. I mean you can perhaps start & stop (although stopping may not be that easy)
I use it to control my TV tuner application to zap channels which I'm streaming to my S710 and PSP.
Hi,
When I use the wm6 remote desktop client my keyboard does not function.
Is there a solution for this ?
fakecursor for PDA works on S710 also?
Any solutions or attempts to bring the android emu to web, so apps can be emulated and accessed from web so end users don't need to have the sdk or emulator?
Would this be possible in any way to achieve?
I was wondering because there are a lot of Java games that could be compatible with Android.
I was wondering because i, myself, have a Droid X, and i use the Wireless 3G hotspot, and i am about to get an Android Tablet, and Tablets are made for browsing and gaming, and Java would be nice with a Tablet if i were wanting to play Java games on it.
I say this because playing RuneScape on a Tablet would be sick. Don't talk trash because i play that i was just wondering if anyone knows how to get Java on Android?
Oracle is suing Google for $6B over Java.
There's already such app its called jbed(not in market) its java emulator and you can execute any jar files.(I have tried web browser, few games all works fine)
Sent from my LG-P500 using XDA Premium App
What do you mean exactly? Java ME? Java applets in the browser? JVM bytecode?
You know, Java is the main language used for Android development, so it's supported for sure ;-)
Hi guys!
I really want to play some old mobile games on my N5.
I've heard aboud the JBED emulator, but it doesn't work on 2.3+ devices.
I also tried to convert the files to apk, with this online converter: http://www.netmite.com/android/srv/2.0/getapk.php
But it seems to fail with all of my .jar and .jad files.
Is there any other way to do this?
Can I port an older game with (nearly) 0 programming skill to Android?
Hey
So my pc kinda has limited capabilities, so i was wondering if there is an app to download that lets you write games on your android device, similar to AIDE which is used for apps, just instead now for games. Thanks
