The Emergency Tools App gives immediate access to emergency numbers (fire, police, medical and other emergency numbers) around the world as well as other tools that can be used in case of an emergency.
In order to quick call an emergency number (fire, police, medical) this app has widgets that can be placed in phone home screen, allowing calling an emergency number with just one click. To other feature there are also widgets.

ContactMii - A simple app for contacting

Dear XDA,
Today, I am asking for any people to be volunteered in an awesome app! I already started the base (main design, just going to replace the logo with another one)! Any volunteers?
Let me tell you, I'll open the source when it is fully complete (there are some things jumbled up like wrong commands for buttons like when I press "Pick A Number", it calls the number I chose in "Text for PhoneNumberPicker1" , call function is not commanded, "Text for PhoneNumberPicker1"shows up the contacts list). P.S: I may not be able to help you a lot due to my exams, this is my last year in school! The software is for any device as long as it has been rooted, so don't believe the thing that DevDB Info says about "No Device", I couldn't see an option for all devices (should be added, note this, XDA!). That's it.

Is there a Service Mode that tells me detailed info about my carriers network like shown in the pic below, specifically the network bandwidth, which is 15mhz..

That SS is from a samsung device, so unfortunate, that code to get into the service menu wont work on other phones..
