[Q] JELLYBLAST V3 make phone slow

Hi guys, m new to this website and a beginner for Android
I have Samsung Galaxy Mini/Pop Plus GT-S5570i
Recently I went through this thread

and I successfully Installed JELLYBLAST V3 on my Android
But after installing I found that its consuming lot of my phone resources making my phone slow
Plz help my phone lags badly and even it restarts at certain point..
I also can't find the official firmware updates on GT-S5570i
Plz help..

Yes right after using the JELLY BLAST V3 device processing speed was getting slow
Use the update of JELLY BLAST V3 your problem will solve

Bcoz I tried to update it via OTA Updater bt it says Invalid Rom
I hav no Idea wat the error is.

Not sure if the OTA updater is a feature of Jellyblast, but if it's accessing the servers from the original ROM and thus stock Samsung Android, it might not recognise your current Jellyblast ROM as valid and thus not allow you to patch or update.
Since the lags seem to be resolved in the most current version of Jellyblast, I suggest you try reflashing that new version before going back to stock.
There's a youtube video a few pages down, explaining how to flash.

Finally I figured it out the problem
Actually I had installed "Launcher Pro" in ma mobile
I uninstalled it and now my phone works well

I have a problem. Im installed jellyblast on my phone with cor plenus kernel and its not accept my sim card. without it works fine. (sorry for my bad english. Is there someone who speaks hungarian?) after that im installed px-kernel-20120804-GT5570I. It runs well but no camera and the earphone isnt working. how can i solve this?

I just did my first custom ROM flashing on my Samsung S Duos GT 7562 , i chose PMP Ultra ROM v.7
I followed the instructions by the letter and read every thread about it
After the first boot i choose the language and the wifi connection and a message pops out "Unfortunately setting has stopped" and goes back to selecting language
WHAT CAN I DO ? Please Guys Help, i'm waiting =)

hi midodroid,
you just pick your "settings.apk" from other rom
then unzip your custom rom
there goto system/app/ there you can see secsettings.apk replace it with your new settings.apk
then compress your extracted your custom rom
finallay flash it with cwm:laugh::laugh:

You may want to check that you got the exact version for your phone. I remember flashing a rom that was for the att version of my phone and I had sprint. It flashed and seemed to work and then I had a similar error.

Thanks guys , i liked the setting.apk idea but i found another (harder) solution
i flashed older ROM then upgraded to v.7 and it worked !:good:

[Q] changing GPS icon in notification bar

i am using android 4.4.2 TW based on my samsung galaxy note N7100, the rom i am using has the old JB icon for GPS. while i want the latest KK notification in that. i dont want to change the rom, this one is working very well. can anyone help me? and yes i am not "eactly" noob, so i have the rooted device and i can do a bit of mods to the framework and all, i understand that. so if anyone wana help me how to do that, i'd be thankful

As you had root your device, there is a module under xposed repo > check here http://repo.xposed.info/module/eun.xposed.gpsnotification

I edited build.prop file with ES File Manager.
And By Mistake I changed permission of build.prop file to write for Group and Others.
Now My Phone is not Opening.
Is there any way to fix it without flashing ROM Again.

Good day sir. I have a few questions regarding this ROM. I already flashed this rom, but when i reboot my GT-S7582, it requires SIM LOCKED CODE.. my GT-S7582 seems do not accept other sim.. how can i fix this? Thanks!!

But I don't seem to get call (sim1, sim2) buttons on dialing screen like you (which is not a problem), nor do I seem to have other apps instead of messaging and gallery. Please tell me if I did anything wrong...

its 7z not 7zip.

Wifi, Bluetooth, USB Tethering is not working
I installed lollipop extreme rom on my Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 (GT-S7582). but some minor bugs were there,
1) Wifi hotspot tethering was not working
2) Bluetooth internet sharing
3) USB tethering was also having the same problem
Time should be align right as usual, left align is not so good......
useless apps should not be included in this rom.. like too many notification apps are there.
please fix these problem .... rest rom is perfect

Well I see there is a thread namely The Ultimate High Resolutuion games for htc explorer.
In this thread I see this guy running awesome like NFS most wanted,Max Payne,GTA III etc.
My questions is :
Where to download these games ? From Playstore ?
Do i need to update my phone to kitkat or lollipop using cyanogenmod ?
Can i run these games on Kitkat or lollipop after updating using cyanogenmod ?
( Please answer my questions as soon as possible)

lol first of all these games are all paid ones u can't just download them for free...
u need to purchase them as legally or u can just google them and download their pirated versions :>
and 2nd of all is that these games can run on gingerbread as well only if you have clocked it or using jaggy rom 4.1 rom
updating ur phone to those buggy, sh**ty CM Roms ain't gonna make a difference bro!
