I changed the rear camera mode to 16:9 (9.1M). The S6 captures more on the left and right. Why don't they make it the same or better on the S8?
Simple, it has different resolutions.

i compared it to a friend's s6 in low light photography and his photos came out better
mine lacked in details and colors look a little washed out compared to the photos in his phone
what can cause this ?
my phone was rooted and with arrow rom now its back to stock
can root and flashing custom roms effect the camera ?
or is it be a problem caused by the camera lens although the lens looks undamaged?
probably an ISOCELL sensor...

hello, is it normal that my lg g5 camera get slow focus when there is much light or iso???
What you mean by slow focus. Quality will absolutely drop if you tend to increase the iso and reduce the aperture. It will give you noisy and blurred pics on any cellphone even on good light conditions . I don't know if that helps you.

Hi guys I made camera comparison on Xiaomi Mi A1 vs Moto G5S Plus with ample of shots to test the camera on those two after recent camera update as well as Android Oreo 8.0 update. You can find an in-depth review of Xiaomi Mi A1 & Moto G5S Plus Camera.
Finally, I got a chance to test out Xiaomi Mi A1 and Motorola G5S Plus. Both the smartphones have nearby feature, i.e. Dual camera. So, I will do camera review by capturing pictures and video in both Daylight and low light conditions, with the different set of an option they got.
Those ads thou (10) lol
Im bias Mi A1 is the WINNER!
I've used both the phones..mi a1 does far better in taking portrait shots than moto. Moreover motog5s plus had a manufacturing defect of dust inside camera( rgb sensor as much as i remember ). However mi a1 really starves at lowlight which can be rectified a bit by google cam(rooted). But overall mi a1 wins as per my experience. What do others think?
Video recording and audio quality much better on g5s plus.

4k video recording was stunning quality
Hello,
with the following price which product you will suggest ? all from OFFICIAL mi store philippines , current exchange rate, both 64GB ROM 6GB Ram
MI MIX 2s (450€)
pro: snap 845 , wireless charging , better solid camera
cons: quite horrible back design (my opinion), front camera still low/normal quality, still horrible audio in video.
MI MIX 2 (320€)
pro: perfect design front and back , lower price, better screen than mi mix 2s (?)
cons: no wireless charging, not really good camera , older 835
Notes :
- For "notebookcheck" the screen of mi mix 2 has a lot better contrast , so should be better , it's true ?
- Also i saw that people complaining that gorilla glass 4 scratch super easily , it's true ? i have nubia 2 years old gorilla glass 3 , using without any tempered glass , is totally like new the screen.
thanks
Same panel in the screen afaik so shouldn't be any different there. Gg4 is better than gg3 but all glass can still scratch .

The MI Mix 2 and MI Mix 2S use the same display but the 2S has a more powerful GPU which probably accounts for the fact that the display is slightly brighter and more vibrant on the 2S. I own both phones and was surprised the displays didn't look exactly the same.
If someone was choosing between the two phones I would say buy the 2S if you can afford the higher price. Otherwise the Mix 2 is still a very good phone. However, if having a cutting edge display is a high priority the IPS LCD technology found on the Mix 2/2S definitely doesn't qualify.

Thanks, so you confirm its even better for your eyes the mi mix 2s panel? I was quite worried from notebookcheck review that was worst than the mi mix 2
Also can i ask you if sizes and and ergonomic is clearly noticeable on mi mix 2s? (In good way cause it's smaller)
My wife got the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE last week and she has the option of ultra wide angle when she wants to snap a pic.
Is it possible for Mi Mix 3 users to get this feature as well??
Thanks!

Hello,
As far as I know is not possible because for the wide angle shots you need a wide angle camera and the Mix 3 has a main normal sensor and a 2x sensor.
You might can use a panorama shots instead.
