LG G4 ATT H810 unlocked and root questions after it being upgraded to Marshmallow.

I just bought a LG G4 ATT H810 unlocked phone with Lollipop system from ebay. I am thinking about upgrading it to Marshmallow. Will it be locked and needs to be unlocked again if I upgrade it to Marshmallow? Is there any way to root it after it being upgraded to Marshmallow? I heard that H810 phone has No-unlockedable bootloader if it be upgraded to Marshmallow. Thank you very much!
H810 means no root w/ MM. Not now and probably not ever. MM doesn't really bring anything new/exciting to the table that you can't get with other apps, so if root matters to you, stay in Lollipop Land.
****. I already upgraded to marshmellow
