I just got a new inspire off Craigslist for only $280 (steal right) put my Sim in to test it out and its stuck. Given I'm coming from an iPhone 4 and using a micro Sim adapter that's probably why. I don't wanna just pull it out and ruin the connectors. I noticed the Sim slot seemes to be held down by only the back plate. Has anyone taken theirs apart? Can I just remove the back plate and lift the Sim directly out? If so what size torx will I need? I don't wanna break my phone especially for resale value at a later date. Someone please help

The micro sim must have slipped out of the adapter a bit and is now catching one of the prongs on the phone. I had this happen to me on my Captivate once and used a tiny screwdriver to push the pins back on the phone to slip the adapter out. I don't have my Inspire yet but from the pictures I've seen of the sim slot you may not be able to do what I did. Good luck.
I've actually used a pencil eraser to get sim cards out. The eraser actually gets some pretty good traction.
A pencil eraser? How does that work?

Take it in to the att store. I'm sure you're not the first.

I purchased the Diztronic cover from Amazon, put it on the phone, and when I took it off to insert the sim card, the sim card cover came off right along with it. Ever since, the sim card cover has never fully returned to its original tight seal, it is mushy and comes off very easily (I can lose it if I don't have a cover).
I called HTC and was offered a free replacement sim card cover, this did not fix anything at all. I called back, they instructed me to send the phone in for repair. I don't want a repaired phone, this baby is brand new! I spoke to a supervisor, she told me they don't have new phones. I can't go replace it at T-mobile because I bought it on eBay (new/sealed) and have it activated on Net10 $45/month.
nvm...
Looking for a case for my inspire that can replace my wallet. No flip cases just a standard shell with a holder for drivers liscense, a credit card, and a debit card. Does something like this exist?
I haven't seen or heard of one. Clever idea though
I have a question. I ordered a new Sim/SD tray for my s3 and i went to replace it but it will not clip in. Looking at it closer it looks like there is already a motherboard clip in it . I don't know if that makes seance but that is what it looks like . Does anyone have any idea of what this is or was it a wrong part shipped.
Did anyone catch if the S6 uses a Nano or Micro SIM?
GSMArena states Nano Sim and previous leaks showed what looked like a Nano Sim car slot.
My bets are that it is Nano Sim as they had to save all the space they could in order to reach such thin dimensions.
