Adshield is back! Now more beautiful
Hello everyone!
For the last few weeks I've been working on an updated version of Adshield. Some of you may know that Samsung decided to block both my KNOX license key and app because of ability to disable Bixby. Well know you can still block ads and bixby! If license activation still fails, report it to me and try generating your own key.
F.A.Q.
Q: Why is this not in the Google Play?
A: I don't have a developer account because I'm not 18 yet. If you can buy me an account, I'll worship you.
Q: Licence activation failed. What can I do?
A: Uninstall other ad blockers that use KNOX (Adhell, Adhell 2, Disconnect pro), connect to wifi, make sure you're not rooted, reboot, reinstall app. If nothing works - get a custom knox key and use that (how-to bellow). Other than that - I can do nothing.
Q: Which file to download?
A: Download lowest attached file. It should have highest number.
Q: Certain websites are blocked. How do I enter them?
A: Put them in the whitelist. App>Settings>Edit Blocked URLs>Whitelist Custom URLs.
Q: Why so many permissions?
A: All of them are needed.
Q: Does it block ads on Samsung Internet browser?
A: It blocks ads everywhere.
Q: Which Ad Blocker is the best right now?
A: At the moment this. Free, has all the features other ad blockers have and has full material design. See attached pictures of features and history

How to install:
Download apk file (with the highest number).
Install apk file.
Open app, follow instructions.
Licence doesn't activate/I want to use my own KNOX key:
Sign in with your Samsung account here: https://seap.samsung.com/enrollment
Enroll as a developer.
Generate Knox Standard SDK Enterprise license key here: https://seap.samsung.com/license-keys (use any alias. If you already have a key, you can reuse it)
IFL the key starts with KLM, this is a wrong key.
Follow instructions in app when you first run it or in settings.
How to uninstall:
Open app
Open settings
Press uninstall
Known issues:
Might not activate. That's why it's still in beta.

I created a simple GUI for adding and removing package UIDs using Chainfire's suhide.
This application does not root your device or actually hide SU!!!
Everything is handled by suhide, this is just a simple way of adding and removing UIDs without typing commands and looking through lists.

No need to update. The adding/removing/listing functions didn't change so it still works with 0.54
Hello, I have a question - what does it do, if I choose for example Google Play Services or Google Framework in the list (does it mean it is activated for hide or does it mean it is deactivated for hide?)

Selected apps are ones that are added to the list to be hidden.
Check mark = hide.

Installation
You'll have to take the backup of your old WhatsApp from WhatsApp>Settings>Chat>Backup Chats.

There's nothing wrong in this app. It requires same permissions as stock WhatsApp does. It contains no ads and its fully safe to use. You can give it a go without worrying.
UPDATE:
As per https://www.xda-developers.com/google-blocks-gapps-uncertified-devices-custom-rom-whitelist/
we don't need android id now,use IMEI instead. So we are good to go. I am not updating the app for adding IMEI lazy one here. Everybody just dial *#06#

I was going through XDA ,saw this news

So only requirement to register an uncertified device is add the device android id in the url . https://www.google.com/android/uncertified/.
Doing the following will get your android id "An easy way to get your Android ID is to enter “settings get secure android_id” in ADB shell."
But for the lazy people in us,i created a quick app which shows the device id,you can share,copy and register the device after installing the app. App is hardly 1 mb and it does this only purpose. Install it and let me know if it helps in future. i am not going to upload this is playstore because for accessing playstore we need to know the android id first. i will try to upload it to apkmirror if they allow it.

same problem persistent with me too.
Used another app to get android id, same error. Webapp seems to be broken. Really ****ty move from google. First make registering mandatory than not able to handle it. It seems they are now qualified to produce voting machines.

Actually it is your IMEI you need to register. Worked for me and I could use gapps no prob
I encountered some problems in a bank application and I talked to a person and he sent me a file and he told me to put it in the MagSIC program, and after I put the file more than once, I did not find it in the program and this is the link to download the file. Magisk is a safe app when downloaded from the official site. Link <- official site. Most likely he was trying to tell you to use magisk to hide root from your bank app. If you didn't root your device and/or are unsure why it is or who did it, I strongly recommend you wipe the device to factory settings and change all your passwords

Welcome to XDA
Scan it online with Virustotal. There could be a new undefined malware still present... you don't want to be the one to "discover" it.
When in doubt... don't.

it's allows to remove the unnecessary applications using a list that stores unwated applications package's name such as (i.e Google Play Music)...
so that will help the device to become more faster and stops the Play updates forever!

Questions & Anwsers:
Q: How to use it ?
A: 1 - Auto Mode (Select this option if you don't know what to do)
Basically this option trys to identify the device's brand/carrier and if the brand/carrier are supported it's do's the bloatware.
after that it's removes google apps and other apps that are unnecessary.
this option are less risk becuase it's doesn't touch's the stock apps.
A: 2 - Manully Mode (for users who know what they are donnig)
This option list's all current supported types, then the user must select one type from the list.
after that it's prompts for which method will be used for bloatware "pm disable", "pm uninstall" or even root method (currectlly not avilable).
after that the tool starts the bloatware proccess.
Q: My device brand/carrier are not listed in the menu why ?
A: This means your brand/carrier are currectlly not supported,
to add your brand/carrier in the feature release, Use the option "Genereate list from device" in the tool then send me the genereated logs I'll try to add them in the next update.
Q: Is restoring removed applications are possible ?
A: Yes, but you will need to reset the device.
Q: Does this tool requires root access ?
A: Of course no .
