Android O - ready Themes - prjkt.io

Hey, so far I've only seen one Theme that is Android O - ready.
Edit: I've found some more:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=baka.sai.o&hl=de (Free)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.subs.focus&hl=de (Paid)

Are there any more? Unfortunately, these are all black or grey and I would prefer a theme like Android N with a mixture of black and white.
Thanks in advance

Outline substratum theam

Hello,
I have updated Onyx Oreo with Midnight Substratum to be its own app for Stock Android Oreo and its live in the play store. All overlay packages that worked with Nougat work with Oreo, please enjoy!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.archangel.midnight.oreo.dark.substratum

Thank you so much for providing these Really helpful.

On Oreo (via Andromeda, but it shouldn't matter) 99% of navbar themes not updated to O don't work.

DNA Project does not work with Android O
I got my Substratum + Andromeda installed on my Pixel XL and I thought I'd give this one a try:
DNA Project
play.google (com) /store/apps/details?id=com.xdnax.apps.dnadarkproject&hl=en
Since this one worked so well on my m8, I was excited to apply this theme to my Pixel...but
When I applied this theme, it went through a couple of the overlay installs, then it said "System UI crashed"
I tried the "Try Again" option multiple times and it did not come back.
I put my phone down for about 5 minutes in case something was still applying, but it still would not come back.
I then turned off my phone and when I tried to reboot, it took a long time and then booted me into recovery :crying::crying::crying:
So I went through setting my phone up from scratch and I am not going to try any other themes that don't say explicitly that they support Oreo.

Compound is really nice. Using it now with no issues

My favorite light theme is Destiny. It's a matte/pastel type of light theme. It's clean. I'm looking for something similar to you.

That disclaimer was recently added; I think yesterday or the day before, after many people tried to use it.

That theme corrupted mine too, stay away

My Amazed Navbars seems to work with no problem,,,only problem I have heard is with Samsung devices and that is only that the colored navbars are white, but thats just with Sammy devices.

With the Navigate theme pack:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rc.navigate&hl=en
You can set the navbar to "transparent" which hides the < O ■
on the bottom, it leaves the space as if it were there, but no visible back, home, or open apps button.:good:

Themes - Inspired from CM and other Android Skins

Hello Guys !
I have started to make themes that are inspired from CM13 themes and from other OS skins.
this is my first take at themes so there might be few misses ! wish me luck and i hope you people enjoy my themes.
Themes will be posted for Marshmallow for QHD and Full HD display. (M - Full HD) (M2 - QHD)
I will add more themes in the future.
All the themes includes custom UI Sounds
- Dialer tones
- Touch sounds
- Keyboard sounds (Both typing and deleting)
- Ringtone
- Notification tone.
Please note that this all are trial themes, to use this themes you either have to be running the xposed module 'galaxy xmod' or you can use the package disabler from play store to disable theme store after applying my themes or If you are rooted then go to data/overlay/jsonfiles/trialjson then move the file to userjson then go back to overlays and delete preferences folder
Reboot and done
it may or may not be fully compatible with nougat, so please pardon
P.S. all of these themes are for free.
EXO UI - This theme has everything custom made !
Dialer
answer and reject buttons
add buttons
delete button on lockscreen
back button on action bar
beautiful icons
and
Never seen Toggles before !!!!
Update - New "belo" theme inspired from substratum's Belo, i hope you people like it. More such themes to come.
For all those Dark Inky black lovers this theme is dedicated for our Sammy's super AMOLED displays !!
this theme includes custom made On-Off Switches exclusively made by me ! Enjoy !!
Please let me know about my work
Love Material design ? don't worry i got you covered in this theme
theme made by totally following Google's Material design
Get ready to fall in love xD
I present all of you
Nougat Pixel for our sammy
Design taken straight from google pixel devices
if you have lockscreen animation turned on
then get ready to be amazed when you turn on the screen after applying this theme !
hello is that apk is free ? :silly:
Good.Make it free! Works on S7 Nougat.
yes all those themes are free
it's just that i made it unofficially so it appears in themes as trial.
It constantly switches back to normal touchwiz theme, what should I do.
What I did was that, i installed the given apk and then went to the theme store and clicked on free trial, it then changed my theme to samoled dark green theme, and then, after few minutes, it switched back to the stock touchwiz theme.
What should I do???

Substraum vs Theme Galaxy. Which one do you like?

I'm trying to figure out which theme engine is better. I have used both but am looking for others opinions. Which one do you guys suggest.

I always end up getting force closes on apps about a month after I install a theme on substraum. That's the only reason I was trying this one. But I feel like substraum is more integrated.
Samsung themes FTW!
There are some great devs for themes in telegram. So about Substraum.. Well, imagine and u walk on the street and you see some dog sh!it. This is it. One big brown sh!t and u can call it substratum. Is so shi!!ty I cant even explain it. And i don't see a reason to use it on Oreo since custom themes doing much better work than this sh!it called substratum. Even I signed the petition, I think Google doing the right choice to kill it. Substratum bugged my phone so hard I couldn't even do phone calls...And even didn't theme everything like custom themes does it. I think substratum should stay in the past. IMO .

Are you on Oreo? If so there is an official beta of substratum that's been working great for me. Sometimes the app is updated several times a week.
Substratum is still under development. There are about 2 - 3 updates every week.
You need to have Telegram and go here

Andromeda:

Samsung themes are barely acceptable, not much theming at all. Only icons that change are the stock samsung themes. Haven't had any reboots or any problems at all with substratum on Note 8 Oreo or S8+ on Oreo.

Dark/Black theme compatible with MIUI 10?

I've spend hours looking for a dark/black theme fully compatible with MIUI 10 but alas, to no avail.
I've found some themes I really like but there are two distinct issues.
1. The pull down notification is still in white
2. Lock screen notifications stop working.
Has anybody come across any themes that at least cure these two issues?
Flat Kola
When I was on MiUI 10 Beta on Mi Max 2, I used Flat Kola. It worked for everything except the notification shade.
Give it a try and let me know.

Thanks, I'm using Grid TT which is really good but I tried Flat Kola and it's exactly the same problems. The main one is that when you get a message and the screen comes on it does not show the message on the screen as it does with the normal theme.
The closest way to getting this is using power shade: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.treydev.pns
Check this thread, there are a few good dark ones there for miui 10.

How do I get MIUI 10 on Mi Max 3?
I'm on China rom and I believe I found a near perfect free MIUI 10 black dark theme on the China theme store:
暗黑 Link: http://zhuti.xiaomi.com/detail/004c4bbf-97f1-4036-a8eb-4042a2165bb0
Settings and Contacts are both black, while status bar is grey. I customized by reverting my lockscreen, icons and status bar back to default, and font to Roboto (also on China store) for readability sake.
For Global Rom Theme Store so far the best I've experienced is Darkoid - Blacky. Everything including status bar plus WhatsApp is black. (a shame I can't sideload it on unrooted China rom)
Extraction V10
With LATEST update on MI 8 If You are not in India region, all MIUI 10 Themes are useless. Phone switch to default theme by himself. after few minutes if you install with My Themer or with Miui Theme Creator, whatever, but you can not instal with Default Theme application any downloaded Theme What expert in Xiaomi decided that?!?!?!

I can partially understand Chinese, but what makes it tough is the fact that the search function of the store is poor. Even searching for Black in Chinese, I never came across this theme despite its first tag is Black.
I just randomly and blindly browsed around until I stumbled upon this and a few more less ideal Black themes, all also tagged Black, and also never turned up on my searches.
MIUI10 compatibility filter would have been great too.

V10 is more of a user defined handle rather than a store defined one. Not used as commonly in the China store compared to the Global one.

Link is not working properly for me as can't see a theme.
The best I've found is one called Reloaded V10 . It does the main thing of making dark all the drop down notifications and dialer etc, also does WhatsApp which is a bonus for me.
I'm on the Global MIUI10 and could not get themes at first. The way to get around it was to set my Region to Hong Kong (in Additional Settings)

Nice theme, i found a bug in gallery app
The "notifcation-search- three dot menu" and "share - delete - three dot menu" is invisible because the font is white
Also there's a pop notification showing the theme is error every 3-5 minutes
Can you do this theme in black?
Firstly, i am highly appreciated your nice work
Tittle of this thread shows your theme was for all galaxy devices. So i installed it on my s7e and applied it. OMG, screen is black 30s after that. I could not do nothing. My phone almost got soft brick. Thanks God, it has TWRP inside. I opened TWRP -->Advanced..-->File manager. Went to /data/app/xxxxxVMixxxx and deleted this folder. Now i can use my device like before installing your theme.
Bro if i did not do anything wrong with my phone, pls fix it. I really really wanna try yours. Thanks
Sr for my bad English
LOL
Who on earth would be inspired by an iPhone
Force closes Phone app when receiving or dialing any number on my phone. Great looks. Will wait for update .
Thanks for your work, but the battery icon and clock location are not really perfect

Im so sorry for your bad Experience. You can reboot to safe mode if that happens again and then delete the theme. Ive uploaded a Common version that will work with other devices... The v3 normal one is kind of specific to s9 that's why you faced that problem. Im sorry again! Use the V3Com on your device. It'll work perfectly! Thanks ?
V4 and a Common Version is coming Right Away! Thanks for sticking around! The updates will fix FC bugs and the common version is coded to work with all devices!

Substratum List

Figured we could get this going, seeing as only the fingerprint substratum theme is listed here.
What themes are you using with the OP7P successfully?
Also, are there any that change some system UI elements, like center clock for example?
Pitch Black. Works perfectly for me except for Clock and Messages (blacked out but no accent colour seems to load).
I had tried VaLeRie which usually works with OOS but it just seemed to keep restarting the systemui, will wait to see if the dev confirms updated for OP7Pro, more difficult now that G+ got the Thanos snap.
RENOVATE ICE will let you move the clock as well as other modifications.
You all should check out Swift Installer on the Play Store. It's a Substratum theme, but with a lot more options.

Substratum has been like that with Pie for a while, restart and go back in and the list of themed apps will probably be in there, make sure you've allowed Substratum the permissions to install apps.

Settings>Apps & notifications>Special app access then look for Substratum in all those sections and make sure it has them, "Install unknown apps" in particular.

This. Best money I ever spent.
I use a combination of themes
Belo for everything except system ui and settings as it's not officially compatible with OOS
Flux white to fill in the gaps Belo left
And a couple of overlays from Outline
Flux, Flux White, Swift Dark, and Swift Black. All work nice.
sorry my ignorance, root is needed for substartum on op7pro?
I have been using it on note9 without root so

Root is needed for Substratum on Pie, OP7Pro included.

Not all substratum themes are compatible with Swift, right? I never used it, curious

I don't think it uses other themes, it makes it's own depending on the options you choose, there's a couple of Substratum apps that do the same.
Been using swift installer just fine - but I'm unable to theme quick settings to match notifications, anyone have any luck theming quick settings?

I was having the same issue. They updated Swift installer in the Play Store a day or so ago and now it's working completely with the 7 Pro
