Hello guys.......does anyone know how to root micromax canvas knight cameo a290 kitkat.....i tried
framaroot,root genius,towelroot but they didnt help......i have the scatter loading.txt of my phone. Now i am in need of cwm recovery for my phone.
Can someone help me root my phone.....any kind of help would be highly appreciated.....Thanks in Advance

Is anyone know how to root Samsung Galaxy Star Pro 7262. I have tried all the apps like Z4root, framaroot, intercept root, towelroot, root genius, kingo android root, resue root mobegenie one click root, one click root, flashing by odin (but phone does not enter in recovery mode, when I press Volume up+ home button + power key then the screen turns white and nothing happened. I am very thankful to you please tell me how can I root my device

I have rooted by Baidu but How to install super Su because the Baidu root gives Chinese app of root access after rooting that app difficult to read and it also irritating so I just want to give root access by super Su atleast that app is readable in English my tatinium backup not working with Baidu default app

dude, supersu installation is not in anyway difficult. is there a specific problem with the supersu app that is occurring?

Framaroot... says ERROR 9...root genius...says ...Sorry tough phone to crack... kingo root.., says...sorry couldnt get root privileges... baiduroot.... sorry root not successfull... please baidu root PC version which is 10 times faster and moor successful...none worked on my Knight cameo A290....
I have knowledge of rooting... had successfully rooted... A210, Canvas 2, galaxy Ace plus, Galaxy note 2.... so i know basics.... therefore had pre checked all... removed antivirus.. etc...
Please help me in rooting my A290... thanks...

What are you noob?There's a guide for creating superuser mod in cross device section..He posted this mod coz he didn't see any superuser mod for your device..So stop accussing and do some development of your own for your device..

You should read what the OP said..He followed the method given in above link..It has nothing to do with the method in cross device developement..Yes the only thing remaining is that the OP should add the credits to @serajr for sharing this method..

Oh he asked me if he could follow that method..I told him give it a try..He implemented and it worked..You can confirm that he used that method by decompiling his services.jar..The rest is up to you..

Search for swiping power toggles for Xperia l.....in that thread method is given to patch services.jar.....that is the method I used......if u see other place where patched services.jar for Xperia c is... then please give me link

Though I have not tried yet, you can try flashing a custom recovery temporarily and then flash a supersu zip . But always keep a safety way back to flash your stock rom back.

Custom room is not yet available for this device... And the stock recovery doesn't read storage...

Sorry I meant a custom recovery as no rom is available as of now. You can create a custom recovery with some recovery-maker like carliv, philz, twrp etc. But with same precautions.

No. You have to flash it via flashing apps available in playstore e.g flashify etc. But as I mentioned you should have the back up method as many times the phone can get stuck in boot. It is called soft brick. So find out how to flash the stock rom back, drivers,etc.

Congrats friend. Post the method in our thread. It will help every one.
I have not found any custom Rom for it. Of course recovery can be created using Philz, TWRP and other methods.
Custom rom will have to be created by porting different roms. It is a tedious job and needs a standby mobile

There is a guy at NJOY tv channel in youtube who claims to have rooted and has twrp recovery, but I have not verified it.

Like I said I've not tried it out yet. There is one Stock rom at needrom.com also. There is a risk factor which we have to take.
Twrp is the next step. The twrp set up is automatic. Once your device is rooted the set up uses adb and creates a twrp recovery and flashes it. Later you can get the recovery file by adb methods .

These root methods work in some cases. After lollipop, it became difficult.
I can't give you any specific time , but I will do it once I have a standby mobile. So, just hope it happens soon.

Twrp recovery
I downloaded the twrp.img file from enjoy tv youtuber. Used mininal adb followed the process, it went well till the end.
but my recovery was unchanged.no root excess
